In light of the fact that Eric Miller, NAMFS Executive Director, is annually paid OVER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS CONSUMING OVER SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES, it boggles the mind why they cannot afford the Five Dollars per month to run Google Business Apps. The exodus of over ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY NAMFS MEMBERS since 2011, is a testament to the fact that the Miller Regime is both out of touch and perhaps being compensated to allow for these types of inactions.
Microsoft’s website, Digital Constitution, dedicated to fighting the US government on matters of policy and surveillance was hacked on Wednesday. The same type of injection techniques hitting both NAMFS and the Mortgage Field Services Industry appear to be the culprit. GTJ Consulting is a most egregious offender with respect to allowing proprietary and confidential information to be released. For those whom believe that old properties are not important, the fact of the matter is that the detailed information allows for a new home buyer of a Fannie Mae asset to become victimized by organized criminal elements based upon the detailed information of photos giving a precise layout. Additionally, the information such as Invoices and other asset specific data allows for the creation of detailed databases with respect to predatory marketing and sales.
We reached out to Green River Capital today and spoke with Rebecca Smith to reinforce our concerns with the fact that assets in their custody; internal email correspondence between GTJ Consulting and they, were strewn across the internet with little or no concern.

The site, according to zdnet, was running an older version of WordPress which made it susceptible to the attack.

Miller’s recent discussions with Joe Hummel, Integrated Solutions, which Hummel spoke to me about, left little doubt in my mind that as opposed to addressing problems, Miller is far more comfortable to use the NAMFS name in a calculated manner to infringe upon civil rights — my fucking rights. To attempt to actively organize NAMFS Membership Committee Members to sue me; to engage in a conspiracy to utilize the judicial process in an attempt to silence the media, it deeply troubling. More on point, though, it clarifies my position that Miller is both a sycophant and his manipulation of both NAMFS Committee Members and others poses a very serious danger.
