GTJ Consulting LLC, a recent Fannie Mae Contract Awardee, is having problems — when I say problems, I mean BIG PROBLEMS! The last portion of the Article will demonstrate that almost every Contractor GTJ Consulting works and stores within GTJ Admin, has had their information carelessly spread across the entire World Wide Web! To begin with, though, I spoke with two Contractors today: One was owed well over ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS and the other was owed just north of FORTY TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS. They are not alone. Word on the bricks has it that the only folks NOT OWED MONEY are those whom are still in the process of signing on with GTJ Consulting. I mean what in the fuck is Brandon Johnson thinking — Brandon and his pops Gene Johnson started GTJ Consulting a bit over a decade ago up in Detroit. As I side note, I will be in Michigan over the next 10 days. You know, every time I hear the name Brandon, I harken back to Brandon Lambert — must be PTSD or perhaps Battered Contractor Syndrome.
As a courtesy, I wanted to reach out and take a moment to let you know that a vendor payment was not processed today. The boundless creativity is certainly something which comes to mind. I mean here we go with yet another National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Member. GTJ Consulting, Fresh of the Boat, is already demonstrating that their ability to pay is no different than the rest of the NAMFS Regime Offender Members. Reminiscent of Heather Berghorst, the now disgraced and former NAMFS Regime Secretary, GTJ Consulting wasted no time in demonstrating that Contractors are going to get fucked. Berghorst, for those living under a rock, is the troll whom Foreclosurepedia exposed and is now attempting to file bankruptcy in federal court. Only problem is that as Foreclosurepedia stated early on, she is a rolling atrocity. Berghorst is currently being sued for fraud, embezzlement and larceny by Contractors in opposition to her Chapter 7 Filing — this means she wants to keep EVERYTHING SHE OWNS AND NOT PAY A FUCKING PENNY — along with Fifth Third Bank whom filed WILLFUL AND MALICIOUS INJURY Complaints in opposition wherein they state she moved nearly SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF PROPERTY AND CASH illegally. I mean these types of atrocities are a daily event anymore with NAMFS Regime Offender Members as the pages of Foreclosurepedia has well shown!
Leading the charge, in an attempt to protect Berghorst along with her buddies Adam and Amanda Buczek — Buczek Enterprises is another NAMFS Regime Member whom went South on nearly a MILLION DOLLARS owed to Contractors and yet sold their offices for the same amount and pocketed the cash — are Eric Miller, Adam Miles and Adriana Farelo-Fernandez. Miller, the Executive Director of the NAMFS Regime whom receives over ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING NEARLY SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES, has refused to ever discuss the matter nor to pursue any type of Ethics Investigations. Miles, the President of the NAMFS Regime, along with Farelo-Fernandez whom is the Vice President of the NAMFS Regime, both have refused to initiate any Ethics Investigations and further have taken no actions whatsoever to have either the Berghorsts or the Buczeks removed from the NAMFS Regime Offender Member in Good Standing List.
In the good ‘ol days of NAMFS Regime Offender Member fraud, it used to take NAMFS Regime Offender Members months and sometimes years to amass the debt outstanding to Contractors; debt which is contrary to Contracts crossing state lines using electronic means. GTJ Consulting hit a home run in merely a couple of weeks! The reality is that Brandon and Gene; son and pops, are in way the fuck over their heads!
The truth is that the Johnson’s are fucking the Contractors while making sure their family and employees sit high on the hog. With well over 65 vehicles and dozens of trailers out on the road; $20 Million gross in 2010 and over 100+ employees, Brandon and Gene appear to have absolutely no problems telling Contractors that they will pay their people, but not pay the Contractors. Make no mistake whatsoever, if GTJ Consulting’s employees were owed hundreds of thousands and potentially millions of dollars, the State of Michigan would be shutting down GTJ Consulting post haste!
Not being able to pay is THE LEAST OF GTJ CONSULTING’S PROBLEMS! In all my years of investigating the Mortgage Field Services Industry, I have NEVER SEEN the lack — no strike that, the ABSOLUTE DISREGARD — for Information Security as I have with respect to GTJ Consulting! Candidly, Mike Rowley, GTJ Consulting’s alleged Network Engineer, must be surfing porn and playing Call of Duty — no, Call of Duty would have prepared him a bit as the work arounds would require #IRC knowledge — because there is ZERO FUCKING SECURITY going on at GTJ Consulting. If I were Brandon Johnson, the first thing I would do when I finished reading this Article is fire and sue Rowley. I would then pick up the phone and find someone whom knew how to get ahold of Foreclosurepedia and hire us IMMEDIATELY! Folks, it’s late and I have a TREMENDOUS AMOUNT MORE to reveal over the next several days. Make no mistake whatsoever, if you are a Contractor currently working at GTJ Consulting, you had better pick up the phone and demand two things: Your Money and an Insurance Policy Number. While Foreclosurepedia is merely involved in the Entertainment Media Business, there are some VERY BAD HOMBRES out there! They will take your information and set up Identifications and sell them to terrorists; bankrupt you and do you really, REALLY think GTJ Consulting is going to be there to help you pick up the pieces if it happens?!
More on point, though, how in the fuck did the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) ever allow this type of bullshit to happen?! Oh, my bad! It’s Craig “All About The Benjamins” Karnes. See, we are not to ask ANYTHING about how he runs his Pay To Play Operation! Gotta wonder how Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are feeling right about now, as well! You want to talk about a living nightmare when the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) gets ahold of this shit?! Man, if I were a homeowner or Contractor, that would be my VERY FIRST STOP!
Here’s the deal: Firms like GTJ Consulting are going to realize it makes FAR MORE FISCAL SENSE to hire Foreclosurepedia as a Consultant to assist with Compliance than read about it in chain emails and on the front page. If I am hired as a Consultant, my Contract covers these types of issues; my Contract is set up to find these types of Non Compliance Issues and help my Client rectify them — quietly. More on point, I am bound to a Non Disclosure Agreement. Hell, if GTJ Consulting called me today, I would gladly assist them with this mess they have created for themselves — I don’t work for Contractor Pay, though. 😉 I have 11 more IDENTICAL, Portfolio Level Firms which will be released between now and New Year’s Eve.
