Why Miller, Miles And Farelo-Fernandez Are Berghorst’s Cheerleaders

In much the same way as the Mortgage Field Services Industry; the Offender Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime spins Labor out of thin air and never pays for it, so the Federal Reserve is seeing the sun set on its misguided raping of the American Public by and through its Quantitative Easing. Heather Berghorst, the now disgraced and former NAMFS Secretary is a prime example of the criminality which the Industry supports. Berghorst, along with her two bit husband Doug, are racking up civil and criminal charges in federal court like flies on shit. Embezzlement, larceny, fraud and just the other day Fifth Third Bank filed even more litigation against the Berghorsts. The reality is that while the entirety of the NAMFS Regime Board of Directors have maintained their Code of Silence; while this marauding band of sociopathic thugs think that the financial raping of innocent men and women is going to continue unabated, I am sending a clear and public message that unless and until Heather Berghorst is no longer listed as a Member of the NAMFS Regime, I predict that the financial collateral damage will be monumental. To ensure that the American Public is all on the same page, I want to list the people whom are directly responsible for keeping Heather Berghorst listed as a Member in Good Standing within the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS). This information is taken, verbatim, from the NAMFS Website.

Eric Miller, Executive Director of the NAMFS

Eric accepted the role of Executive Director of NAMFS, the premiere industry trade association, in January 2011. Prior to taking on this position he served as President of NAMFS for the past two years and was responsible for driving LPS Field Services’ Business Intelligence initiatives.  During his seven year relationship with LPS, Eric gained experience in a variety of leadership positions, including Operations, Industry Relations and Supplier Relations.  He has been actively involved in the industry since 2004 and has participated in the M&M II and III discussion panels, as well as serving as a USFN panelist. During his tenure as NAMFS President, Eric focused on bridging the gap between suppliers and servicers as it relates to field service issues.  In his new role he intends to continue this trend.  Prior to joining LPS, Eric was involved in the environmental industry at leading firms specializing in consulting and field service.

Adam Miles, President of the NAMFS

Adam Miles, owner of Miles Preservation in Southern California, has over 15 years of property preservation experience. He began his career in preservation in 1995 and in 1997, he formed Miles Preservation, LLC. As Miles Preservation continued to do excellent work, more clients and contractors were added, and over the years what started as a “one-man shop” has turned into a thriving, premier regional preservation company recognized nationwide in the industry. Miles Preservation currently services five national clients in four western states with the help of over 180 preservation contractors and 15 office staff. Adam and his wife, Irene, reside in Temecula, CA and have five children.

Adriana Farelo-Fernandez, Vice President of the NAMFS

Ms. Farelo-Fernandez is the founding president of Farelo Group. She specializes in REO and property management services with green, sustainable initiatives that help investors yield higher returns.  Throughout her life and her career Ms. Farelo-Fernandez has always been a self driven leader.  She attributes much of what she’s accomplished, to her ability to inspire and guide those around her, to meet and exceed their goals. Ms. Farelo-Fernandez heads the Farelo Group, a business servicing REO and property preservation, specializing in REHAB and properties that have code violations, open permits, as well as illegal structures. Within this role, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, seeking the most cost-effective approach to maximize profits, improve turnaround times and provide outstanding, professional service to her clients. Ms. Farelo-Fernandez is a board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners; she is also an active member with various business organizations and chambers of commerce, as well as active within her church ministries. She lives in Miami, Florida with her husband, Enrique.

Eric Miller aside, I want to walk everyone through how Foreclosurepedia Google SEO works. Now, I know that Joe Hummel, Eric Miller’s most recent appointee to the NAMFS Regime Board made everyone feel safe and secure; people began to think that the Boy Scout trolling Kim Fatica would become the new NAMFS Regime Minister of Propaganda, but the reality is that this train wreck is merely gaining speed. One of the metrics to determine whether or not the American Public read Foreclosurepedia’s opinions is to see how Google attributes Page Rankings of what I write. The following names have Google Page One Foreclosurepedia Articles:  Heather Berghorst, Lee Mertins, Eric Miller (NAMFS), Adam Buczek, Amanda Buczek, Jay Goscinski, Carol Boyd — I think I have made my point. Want to talk about Google Image Rankings? Take a look at the two below and then pick a name and do the same in Google Images. The below sets are taken off of Google Page One in the Web Results which reinforces precisely the weight of Foreclosurepedia’s opinions.

Here is what I know: Adriana Farelo-Fernandez has the ability to launch an Ethics Investigation. Here’s what I know: Adriana Farelo-Fernandez has met me personally. Here’s what I know: Adriana Farelo-Fernandez will attest to the fact that while I may not be a good public speaker, I am extremely efficient if not prolific at research. The end result of my research is the publishing of my opinions. Whether right or wrong; whether believed or otherwise, my opinions determine the financial health of those whom can least afford a Note Being Called In at an inopportune moment.

How can I say that Heather Berghorst is any less evil than say Adriana Farelo-Fernandez? As I see it, the Vice President of the NAMFS has a vested interest in ensuring that unethical behavior is not tolerated. Truth be told, it does not bode well for the financial sector to begin to believe that the NAMFS Regime Board of Directors has become complicit in an ongoing racket. To be clear, Heather Berghorst’s continued Membership in NAMFS is both offensive and repugnant to the law. It is apparent that some of humanity is inferior as their Maker has endowed them with the ability to commit wholesale atrocities and return home to pat their children upon the head. Apoplectic though I am at Farelo-Fernandez, et al., they and they alone control their financial solvency. Loathe as I may be to engage in the rhetorical exercise of compelling third parties to do the right thing; in that the moral settings of some may worship the god of money, I will spare nothing to bring the criminals of the NAMFS Regime to justice.

As the Editor-in-Chief of Foreclosurepedia I am cloathed in immense power which must be tempered by both thoughtful and judicial application. For the sake of the future we sacrifice the few for the many. Make no mistake whatsoever, I will loose no sleep over one, two or twenty more bankruptcies. Collateral damage is something that we all deal with daily. The purposeful obfuscation of the Truth; the protection of Heather Berghorst is seen by me for precisely what it is. As opposed to the federal racketeering that I personally believe is ongoing, it pales by way of comparison to the willful protection of Berghorst and Buczek — yes, I have not forgotten about them. #OpFarelo begins tomorrow morning.
