In much the same way as the Mortgage Field Services Industry; the Offender Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime spins Labor out of thin air and never pays for it, so the Federal Reserve is seeing the sun set on its misguided raping of the American Public by and through its Quantitative Easing. Heather Berghorst, the now disgraced and former NAMFS Secretary is a prime example of the criminality I perceive which the Industry appears to support. To make sure that the names are well known that support and defend Heather Berghorst whom is currently facing multiple counts of embezzlement, fraud and larceny not to mention the latest willful injury allegations by Fifth Third Bank, Berghorst is at the top of My Give A Damn Is Broken List. More on point, though, the President and Vice President of the NAMFS Regime are on the radar now. Fuck Berghorst and fuck those whom support her!
What triggered last week’s huge selling frenzy on the Street and massive movement into cash and bonds? ISIL/ISIS worries; oil instability — we are at $2.86 a gallon here in Tennessee, or some kind of random act of collective consciousness? Could be all of
this combined.
From the outside looking in, it is pretty clear to me. Globally, we are in a paradigm shift. Since 2008, the Fed has been artificially shoring up the domestic and through subsidiaries the global economies and now they are pulling the plug. China, whom has been buying our debt for quite awhile and appeared to be an endless juggernaut is beginning to wain as well — their GDP fell to 7.3%. Our European allies seem hell bent to follow in the steps of Japan as they completely Deep Six the Euro and make the European Central Bank look like kindergarten monopoly.
While all of this has pushed the dollar upward, when coupled with higher domestic oil production, has driven oil prices down — way down! The reality is that with the junk bonds taking the dump and energy companies having parked a fair piece of cash there, everyone including the Sandbox Boys, are getting nervous.
So, with the Fed getting ready to pull back on the spinning up of money out of thin air; with the failed principles of modern money mechanics alive and well, Quantitative Easing (QE) will soon be relegated to a page in the history books. QE is what the Central Banks — a.k.a. Banksters and Fraudsters — do when they push interest down to zero percent and boost the quantity of physical currency. I have attached a copy of the Federal Reserve Board’s Modern Money Mechanics at the bottom of this Article. It is recommended reading for those, like me, whom are actually interested in the real world and not the Beltway’s Talking Points.
So, during the Sub Prime Crisis, the Fed tightened the financial conditions to hit the zero percent target quickly. Half dozen reasons why; the important ones are both arcane and abstract as they had nothing to do with economic stimulus. When tightening the financial tightrope didn’t work, they brought in QE in an attempt to support the economy. The Fed’s balance sheet skyrocketed to around four and a half trillion dollars, sank both the domestic and global economies, and if you read the copy of Modern Money Economics below, you will understand why.
Banks traditionally earn no interest upon the reserves which they are forced to hold — now remember class, read Modern Money Economics below and begin to understand the 1 tangible dollar allows for 9 electronic dollar ratio — and under the current conditions, we are hovering around a reserve requirement of ten percent, plus or minus. Short term market rate benefits aside, the Fed is basically setting the stage for hyper inflation. Additionally, the Fed now is on the hook for paying interest upon the very money it spun out of thin air.
The reality is that the only thing which gives money value is Blind Faith. Those are not my words; that is a DIRECT QUOTE from the Federal Reserve Board’s Modern Money Economics.
Velocity of money equations aside, the reality is that QE did jack shit as the hard currency was parked at the Fed all along. This is a rhetorical
exercise in that the statistics are maintained by the very people whom engineered the fucking mess we are in today! Now, don’t get me wrong: QE gave one hell of a boost to Wall Street in valuation — read raising the prices of things like stocks. QE kept interest low and the primary beneficiaries of such were those whom borrowed at the Institutional Level — Blackstone, et al. Albeit, home and auto loans were at historic lows — for those of us around when Carter was President (I was real young then, but still had my slide ruler in my overall back pocket) you remember the average of 13% interest rates. Now, the credit market is SO FUCKING TIGHT — think Prom Date Tight — that Main Street was and still is unable to capitalize — still a reality in that the former Federal Reserve Board Chairman Ben Bernanke could not refi his mortgage rate because he recently changed jobs! So, did QE work? Well, it really doesn’t matter and here is why,
The Emperor Whom Wears No Clothes embarked upon one of the most ludicrous strategies ever during the Sub Prime Crisis. It was commonly referred to as the Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) Circus. These HELOCs are moving from the interest only payments and are beginning to amortize. Out of the roughly 2.5 million HELOCs pulled, I put the default rate, CONSERVATIVELY, at 1.8 million. To be candid, the people whom drew upon the HELOCs should have never been granted a mortgage to begin with — All Hail to the fucking liberals whom believe that everyone is entitled to a loan! To stave off the sticker shock, these folks are going to kick the can down the road a bit by tapping into what is remaining of their artificial valuations and then start to lay upon their credit cards. Couple this with the Title Loans on automobiles and Payday Loans, and you have a recipe for the Sub Prime Crisis on Steroids — the difference is that this is a REAL Crisis and not one manufactured by the Banksters so thus far less manageable.
The by product of the HELOC Resets is a tremendous amount of volume will be slammed into the Mortgage Field Services Industry pipeline. While many may perceive this to be a good thing — and with proper guidance and Consultation from Foreclosurepedia it will be — the reality is that we are in a world of shit. Let me walk you through this in the way that only a trained media professional such as myself is capable of doing,
When the Sub Prime Crisis hit in August of 2008, there were no meaningful laws, rules nor regulations which mandated what was required to move a property from the possession of the mortgagor to the mortgagee. The National Association of Mortgage
Field Services (NAMFS) Regime paid its Executive Director, Tim Doehner, $40,000 that year. Order Mills were as prolific as the whores and cocaine seemed to beat the NAMFS Regime Fraud Fest in Orlando, Florida. Today, Eric Miller, the Executive Director of the NAMFS Regime makes over ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING NEARLY SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES! That is a SEVENTY FUCKING THOUSAND DOLLAR INCREASE in a down economy! What did NAMFS get for that? Well, Miller’s Board of Directors are the bottom of the barrel. In the case of Heather Berghorst whom was nominated and elected to the prestigious position of NAMFS Secretary by Miller and served side-by-side with Adriana Farelo-Fernandez, the reality is that Berghorst is now in total and complete disgrace and has been quietly removed as NAMFS Secretary.
Charge after charge are now being litigated against Berghorst for fraud, embezzlement, larceny and willful injury — that from Fifth Third Bank — in federal court. This reinforces the fact that the NAMFS Regime is incapable of performing any form of due diligence. Both Eric Miller and Heather Berghorst attempted to sue Foreclosurepedia for exercising our First Amendment rights — Miller attempted to tarnish my reputation by stating I was enciting violence and Berghorst attempted to sue me for making public the atrocities she committed and called it federal racketeering.
What we have is a Perfect Storm. We have a completely broken infrastructure by which to move properties through a pipeline. Let us not bullshit around in the least. You have three Firms sans Altisource, that are viable entities. I remove Altisource from the equation as they are immune to the market fluctuations experienced domestically and I might add that Altisource is the ONLY Firm I am able to find whom actually put both time and money into ensuring that their Cradle to Grave Cycle institutes a system of checks and balances to rival anyone else’s. Before I break down how the proverbial Pipeline WILL BREAKDOWN, let me expound a bit upon Altisource and their War Plan.
Altisource realized early into the fray that several criteria were both necessary and vital to ensuring the veracity of their Pipeline. To understand these criteria, one must understand the distinct differentiation between Altisource as a Client and the rest of the Order Mills. When Safeguard Properties, Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS) or Assurant Field Asset Services (AFAS) get a work order, they have no real vested interest in maintaining the property. Oh, they all have a Contract, but if the grass isn’t cut or mold is prolific and the roof caves in, a Lee Mertins type Double Entry Log is generated which both lays the blame at the feet of the Contractors — shit rolls downhill when you do not have a vested interest in something — and then capitalizes upon the ability to pad both billing and bidding to get things back up to snuff.
Time and time again, we saw how Lee Mertins and his pet Brian Nesbit crucified Contractors whom did things right and then skewed the numbers for both Fannie Mae (FNMA) and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This was because Mertins, vis-a-vis Asset Management Specialists (AMS), had a vested interest in protecting his and AMS’ Contracts with the least amount of paid Contractor involvement necessary. Thus, the creation of Vorticity and other platforms.
Safeguard Properties (SGP) is no different. As opposed to investing money into technological infrastructure and a series of interdepartmental checks and balances, SGP chose instead to invest in Gestapo like Photo Nazis whom preyed upon Contractors as a source of revenue not dissimilar to how Adolf Hitler targeted Jews in Nazi Germany — true irony! The wisdom would have been in working with the Contractors to better assist them in performing their duties which changed according to the direction in which the kippah was turned upon Amir Jaffa’s head.
Upon identification of the fact that a handful of Regional and Otherwise Unspecified Order Mills were having difficulties in adhering to the stringent standards required under both Altisource’s protocols and Dodd – Frank, Altisource began to immediately implement meaningful change in a timely manner. Altisource additionally began to realize that when you hire quality Contractors directly, you are achieving dollar-for-dollar on the property as opposed to the 30 – 60 cents on the dollar as every Order Mill takes between 15 – 20 percent off the top not to include the bids themselves. More on point, though, Altisource is part of a proverbial Supply Chain. Altisource’s performance upon assets and due diligence upon its Network of both Staff and Vendors is Mission Critical to ensure that the property under their Command and Control navigates the Pipeline both unmolested and Market Ready. In my humble opinion, this Business Ethic should be commended and Contractors ought take note.
I want to dwell upon Altisource for just a moment. First and foremost, I have no Full Disclosure to make as I do not work for Altisource. What I do is examine Firms and make suggestions. Some Firms, like Berghorst Enterprises, Buczek Enterprises and Boyd Property Preservation — to name just a few — choose not to heed my suggestions at their own peril and inevitably become bankrupt and then proceed down the dark corridors wherein grand juries are convened. Other Firms listen to my suggestions; in many cases I am actively sought out to Consult to them. These Firms go on to both become Compliant and in the cases of fledgling and start up Firms, they go on to become financially secure with tremendous Portfolio Potential.
While I am unable to speak as to the precise methodologies of Altisource, what I am able to discuss is that over the next several quarters, the Mortgage Field Services Industry is going to witness one of the most robust, legally compliant and Labor Friendly Firms which has ever been present within the Industry. This, in turn, will translate into a well lubricated machine the likes of which is generally only witnessed within the military industrial complex. Benjamin Lawsky and his fucked up fishing expedition aside, the only thing which will stand in the way of Altisource’s total and complete dominance within the Mortgage Field Services Sector will be those within the Industry whom have no desire to operate both legally and ethically.
At the end of the day, the Industry is entirely unprepared for what 2015 has in store for it. I predict widespread bankruptcies and if left unregulated and under the Leadership of the NAMFS Regime I predict the potential for both riots and violence. The simmering hate and discontent of Contractors is synonymous with what we saw in Ferguson, Missouri, recently. The young man shot in Ferguson, right or wrong, triggered an onslaught of pent up frustration and anger. The Mortgage Field Services Industry has not only stood by, but the NAMFS Regime has facilitated an environment conducive to fraud and corruption in that the NAMFS Regime has refused to publicly address both its Offender Members and even its high ranking Board Members whom have not only violated the NAMFS By Laws and Canons of Ethics, but also municipal, county, state and federal laws. Unless and until this systemic disease is addressed publicly, there never will be any meaningful change.
Foreclosurepedia calls for a Congressional Investigation into Eric Miller, Adam Miles and Adriana Farelo-Fernandez. Miller is the Executive Director; Miles the President; and Farelo-Fernandez is the Vice President. I have spoken with and met both Miller and Farelo-Fernandez and voiced my concerns to no avail. The perceived protection of Heather Berghorst along with Adam and Amanda Buczek; the NAMFS Regime’s refusal to conduct an Ethics Investigation and the continual display of aforementioned on the NAMFS Regime Offender Member List, strikes me as the furtherance of an artifice and scheme crossing state lines using electronic means. The cure? GODDAMN PUBLICLY ADDRESS THE VERY FUCKING MESS YOU PEOPLE ALLOWED TO HAPPEN BY NOT PERFORMING DUE DILIGENCE UPON YOUR VERY OWN PEOPLE!
In closing, the reality is that we have lost an enormous amount of both white and blue collar talent. The skill sets required in the Industry are not taught in trade schools nor universities. While Foreclosurepedia is working diligently in the formation of the International Association of Field Service Technicians (IAFST), the reality is that the Industry must first rid itself of the corruption that has been allowed to receive safe haven and then reconstruct the once sterling reputation and infrastructure which guided it through the Sub Prime Crisis. Foreclosurepedia stands ready to assist those whom are willing to meaningfully participate in a semi level landscape and continues upon a State of Readiness to strike down evil as it rears its ugly head by defrauding both Contractors, Clients and US Taxpayers.
