Things have been rolling along at a break neck pace. And as with any type of Mortgage Field Services Industry story that threatens to topple the aristocracy which controls the foreclosure framework, the threats have not stopped since day one. Many will remember the death threats from a Buczek Enterprises family member; many remember the Berghorst Enterprises lawyer whom threatened and intimidated Foreclosurepedia in a novel attempt to have us back off our investigations. Below is one of the guileful threats issued by Chris Peterson whom was flying under the banner of Anonymous. Peterson, whom thought we were unable to track emails and cross reference IP Coordinates, launched into a salvo of defending Snow Enterprises and ended such with references to family members. Make no mistake whatsoever that Foreclosurepedia is ready and willing to become as asymmetrical and protracted as the criminal element desires.
By the way, you ought to get your wife and child’s weight in check; grossly on the unhealthy side, no?
The reality is that everyone, from former financial investors to current National Order Mills, are attempting to lay an enormous distance between themselves and Mickey Dale Snow. As one lady put it this morning,
I never said she never had any association with the man. That is provable. What I said was you are beating a horse that she has been trying to put to rest for a number of years and causing issues for people who want no part of the current situation.
We started taking a look at Snow Enterprises and reaching out to former employees. The response was overwhelming. Here is what they had to say,
When employees started complaining about the lack of benefits there, they brought in Mickey’s cousin, who is an insurance broker, to offer us all insurance. Most of the women were quoted monthly insurance premiums upwards of $100-200 a week, because we were of “child bearing years”, which was some ridiculous age that most women aren’t even thinking about getting pregnant. One for instance was in her late 40s and had a tubal ligation; still was told because she was in such and such age group, she had to carry maternity coverage. Most of us figured out that we’d maybe take home $75 a week if we purchased health insurance; most of the employees there were making between $6 and $9 an hour. Of course Snow wasn’t subsidizing any of the costs.
With respect to Mickey Dale Snow, one former employee remembers this,
He [Mickey Dale Snow] was out of town a lot; presumably doing inspection-related things. When he’d come in the office he’d always stop and talk to a few people and whatnot. One day though, after we’d all been moved to the sweat shop room, and I don’t even remember what it was about, he came in the office brandishing a gun. And he looked right at me with his smirky grin as he was doing it. I remember him saying something about people running their mouths, but can’t remember the specific (purported) incident that caused him to do it. I really didn’t think about it at the time, because Mickey is Mickey, and that’s just the kind of shit he does. No one else in the office seemed surprised at his actions with the gun either. There were occasions throughout my employment there where he’d see me eating junk food at my desk, and he’d come by and say something like “Hey, you watch what you are eating; you don’t want to be in the doughnut club”. This was in reference to the overweight women in the office. I remember an email being sent out (after mine and others complaints were coming out) of a picture of a woman with a zipper photoshopped onto her mouth, and he’d typed in the email something along the lines that Snow Enterprises will pay for this medical procedure for any woman that wants it. There was another email he sent out once with a scantily clad female draped across an office desk, with a very poorly written resume underneath and Mickey had typed in that we need to call and hire her asap.
The sad reality is that within the Mortgage Field Services Industry everyone is connected to Mickey Dale Snow in some way. It is an incestuous business fraught with fraud and a lack of regulation. Nowhere else on the face of the earth exists such an environment not only conducive to fraud, but almost encouraging such. And not just fraud, but the very epitome of the Wild West as such is committed. Amazing when we take into consideration the salient point of precisely why Dodd – Frank was enacted.
The labyrinth within the Industry requires a Herculean effort in order to simply stay both afloat and legal. Fact of the matter is that it is preordained that most will fail and simply bow down to the sultry siren of those whom would personify the very evil which they claim to abstain from. Mickey Dale Snow is one such individual.
