Status Update: I Didn’t Die and Other Musings

Contrary to popular belief, I didn’t die much to the consternation of National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Members. I have been out in the Death Valley area working with a Precious Metals firm creating a Secured Technology Infrastructure.

There are a lot of items which I will publish upon when I arrive back at Foreclosurepedia GHQ. NAMFS Offender Member Michael Breese of HomeStar Property Solutions whom defrauded hundreds of thousands of dollars is pulling ads out in DS News. Eric Miller, the Executive Director of NAMFS has remained silent on that issue as well as the recent reinvention of #Fraudster Daniel Vass. Many will remember Vass whom defrauded people in the Southeast. Victims reached out to Miller to no avail. Vass received his work, in the past, from MCS and now is back on board with them again. Ironic, as he was recently released from prison — how about those good ‘ol background checks, huh?! And on the Background Check item, the Chabad Mafia, Safeguard Properties, has cranked that bullshit up realizing that there must be a dime to be made from that angle.

M&M Mortgage has been having severe technological challenges lately. Outage after outage has been plaguing M&M and truth be known, the entire Mortgage Field Services Industry. We will issue a State of Technology article towards the end of next week. For the time being, suffice it to say that from a personal point-of-view, I would be leery trusting my personal information in the hands of any NAMFS Offender Member system.

In the past, I had thought that there could be a salvaging of NAMFS as an organization. When Eric Miller lied to his fellow NAMFS Committee Members stating that he possessed a Letter of Determination from IRS and would provide such and then refused to do such as IRS said none existed, I realized then and there that a more asymmetrical and protracted approach would have to be taken to ensure the protection of the American Public. Miller’s unjust enrichment of his family by and through his OBSCENE SALARY OF OVER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING OVER SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL NAMFS MEMBER DUES stands as a testament to all which is unholy and criminal in my world.

In closing, it is sad that Fraud Never Sleeps in the Mortgage Field Services Industry. It is pathetic when people like Eric Miller bitch up like a panty boi and refuses to allow for Ethics Investigations. Make no mistake on one thing: Whomever is elected to the NAMFS Board — and remember that NAMFS Members DO NOT elect the NAMFS Board which is ironic — will receive the full fifteen minutes of fame that they so deserve. There are no free rides going forward.
