Jerry Leonard, Boyd Property Preservation , apparent Human Resources Director of Boyd Property Preservation, a member of the Sumach Masonic Lodge #55 F & AM for 30 plus years and a Yaarab Shriner and a member of the Dalton Shrine Club, has been implicated by a Contractor in the on going Scheme to Defraud Contractors. Growing up DeMolay and entering the Lodge years ago, I am going to make it my life long Mission to have him removed from such an Honorable Institution. This type of behavior, which you will hear described in the Foreclosurepedia Podcast this evening, is cowardly and must be eradicated from the Lodge!
This is yet another example of the Leadership (or lack thereof) by Eric Miller, the Executive Director of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services. Miller, whom is salaried at over ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING ALOMOST SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBERSHIP DUES, has overseen the virtual collapse of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services while standing idly by and allowing Members to defraud Contractors, hire felons and engage in all sorts of outlandish behavior.
The reality is that Carol Boyd has defrauded firemen, disabled veterans whom honorably served their Nation during Wartime and has scoffed at paying any of these brave men and women and countless others throughout the Southeast. When she has sent checks they bounced. We reached out to Maribeth Logan at FreddieMac and involved in the Award Process which Carol Boyd, Member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services, will ultimately answer to with respect to her claims of receiving a Four Million Dollar Contract from FreddieMac.
