Eric Miller, Executive Director of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) was informed nearly two weeks ago about the exploits and virus laden software which many NAMFS Members are using. As opposed to advising NAMFS Members, Miller chose to hold this information instead of protecting NAMFS Members and the Mortgage Field Services Industry as a whole.
Adobe’s Flash zero-day exploit has emerged from the hundreds of gigabytes of data recently leaked — note that the link is to the RAW Directories so use EXTREME CAUTION if you do not know what you are doing — from Hacking Team, an Italian surveillance software company which has been hired by and has sold spying software to governments and intelligence agencies including repressive regimes in the Sudan and Ethiopia.
The critical zero-day vulnerability in Adobe Flash is a Use-After-Free() programming flaw (CVE-2015-5122) which is similar to the CVE-2015-5119 Flash vulnerability patched last week and allows an attacker to hijack vulnerable computers.
Cyber criminals are already exploiting the vulnerability for which no patch exists. It was the second time in a single week that a zero-day vulnerability in its Flash Player software. Make no mistake this is the tip of the iceberg.
Today’s massive data breaches demonstrate the security risks of a hyper-connected world. The threat landscape is wider and more diverse than ever before. And where has the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) been? Nowhere other than ensuring that its Membership continues to have enormous targets painted upon their backs. It is yet another classic case-in-point where Eric Miller’s hatred of me, personally, guarantees that that NAMFS Membership data will become a treasure trove of information for criminals to plunder through for financial gain.
Foreclosurepedia directly contacted both Eric Miller and Wells Fargo’s Sue Bunnell, Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel for Contracts and Technology documenting reports of security flaws in the Aspen Grove Solutions (AGS) iRecord and Background Check systems. To date, neither party have pursued any public warnings.
Security breach with AG ID# that Aspen Grove is trying to bury. My company had direct discovered the issue. A direct WF Code of Conduct issue. Feel free to call me for more info at xxx-xxx-xxxx.
It is becoming more and more apparent that the best course of action is to simply publish upon all of the finding including social security numbers, dates of birth and otherwise that we have found in our investigations. We had crossed this bridge, once before, with GTJ Consulting whom is still having problems making payments to Contractors on Fannie Mae accounts. Contractors requested we redact our information and yet did not force GTJ Consulting to do the same. We revisited the matter a year later and even contacted Green River about GTJs release of a tremendous amount of loan information. Green River did not seem to care, either.
It is self evident that Eric Miller is only concerned with maintaining the luxury lifestyle for the Miller Family as demonstrated by the well over half a million dollars in pay he has taken during the tenure of the Miller Regime. Raking in well over ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING OVER SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES, Eric Miller is a testament to all which is out of control in the Mortgage Field Services Industry.
Since 2011, NAMFS has lost well over 150+ Members. The replacements, these days, are not by those in the Field, but rather by those wishing to hock wares whose price tags are promptly hung around the necks of the very innocent men and women of Labor whom have been defrauded out of millions of dollars by Offender Members of NAMFS like Buckzek Enterprises, Berghorst Enterprises, SEAS LLC, Altisource, Safeguard Properties and others as we will release in a State of the Industry Report this weekend.
One of the recent NAMFS appointees, DAWGS, demonstrates the desperation for liquidity which NAMFS is experiencing. NAMFS expended a significant amount of money issuing Press Releases pertaining to the onboarding of DAWGS whom provides steel window and door covers in a time when Labor cannot even afford SecureView, another of the Chabad Mafia’s hustle products.
Be sure to catch tonight’s Foreclosurepedia Podcast as we release new information on Primestar and how they are passing the buck to National Field Solutions (NFS) pertaining to slow pay to Labor. For those of you with ISTAR Clear Base access, you will be able to peruse the data we have been capturing on the latest Industry data breaches in your FireWire terminals. Over the next several weeks Foreclosurepedia will begin to release this data to either force NAMFS to come to terms with the antiquated technology in the Industry or compel those whose information has been breached to sue the NAMFS Members refusing to implement proper technologies such as that which Foreclosurepedia brought forward to address the problems.
