The US Department of Housing and Urban Development‘s (HUD) Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) 3.10 Performance Work Statement (PWS) is scheduled to release within the next seventy two hours or less according to sources speaking on condition of anonymity. And the latest PWS is shaping up to be one of the most legendary releases since the origination of the program. As opposed to the run of the mill, business as usual, FSM Releases, HUD Insiders are touting this as a milestone. Now, having been moved back three separate times, the 30 September 2016 deadline was missed due, in part, to an enormous amount of political infighting and rewording.
Since the inception of the HUD M&M FSM, clarification with respect to electrical backfeeding has been impossible. On 29 September 2016, Foreclosurepedia, once again, established itself as truly A Friend of Labor when we released that clarification. We are also of the understanding that Subcontractor Agreements will be necessary between those vying to be Prime Vendors and Labor in the field.
Foreclosurepedia will have a large Round Table discussion, later this week, to dig into the historic release and to also discuss HUD Inspector General’s Special Agent Jamila Davis, based out of the HUD Tampa Office. As part of the pressure Foreclosurepedia began to exert with respect to rogue Prime Vendors, new “Fees” have been assessed with respect to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests submitted. Unprecedented in history, the use of billing to suppress information which the US Taxpayer needs to properly assess its Return on Investment (RoI), Foreclosurepedia has vowed to ratchet up its FOIA requests to create the Death By A Thousand Paper Cuts.
