Anytime a National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) member is awarded a contract, regulatory scrutiny is heightened. When it comes to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) unilaterally awarding hundreds of millions of dollars in Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) contracts with ABSOLUTELY NO COMPETITION, the microscopes are broken out. And when PK Management was handed virtually each and every contract available under the HUD M&M FSM program, the alarm bells began to sound. If you want to split hairs, SAMJV LLC was awarded the latest contracts; however, as Foreclosurepedia has well documented the shitstorm caused by the Awards to SAMJV LLC, operated by a Nigerian with no offices located anywhere, and is merely a front for Pedro Kolychkine, CEO of PK Management.
For years, the criminality which Eric Miller, Executive Director of NAMFS, has overseen makes even the true Mafia blush in its brazen display. NAMFS is an exempted trade association as an IRS 501(c)(6). One would think that obeying the law might be a good idea. Take Miller’s obscene and illegally excessive salary which consumes nearly NINETY PERCENT of all NAMFS member dues. Or how about Miller’s former and now infamous NAMFS Board Member and Secretary Heather Berghorst whom filed her SECOND BANKRUPTCY and defrauded millions from innocent Minority Females and Labor!
Fraud is in the DNA of NAMFS. I am surprised that it is not a requirement embedded within the NAMFS By Laws. If it had been, at least that part of the NAMFS By Laws would have been followed as no other parts are today. The list is long and distinguished when it comes to the TENS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS which Miller has overseen being defrauded from hardworking Minority Females and Labor.
Word on the bricks is that CWIS submitted Size Protest awards to the SBA. And we all know the likelihood of success on that boat.

Subject: Vendor Notice for Active Area 3A, 4S, 6S vendors
Dear Vendor:As you know, P.K. Management Group, Inc. (PKMG), was awarded a contract by HUD to perform Field Service Manager (FSM) duties for HUD-owned or maintained properties in the State of Illinois and we have been doing so, with your assistance, since June 1, 2018.Yesterday we received notice that a company unrelated to PKMG filed what is called a Protest to the Award. Protests are filed with the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) which acts in a capacity similar to a court. As a result, we have received today a notice from HUD to Stop All Work at all properties within our inventory, until further notice. Based upon that directive from HUD, we are required to cancel all open, pending, and uncompleted work orders, effective immediately.Rest assured that payment for all work completed through today will be paid in its normal cycle. We are monitoring this matter on a daily basis and as soon as we are given the green light by HUD we will begin issuing and/or re-issuing any and all necessary work orders. We will do our best to keep you advised of developments as obtain additional guidance from HUD.Please refer any questions that you might have to your Area project management team.
PK Management — SAMJV LLC — is currently under investigation for pay related violations under the Service Contract Act (SCA) which has many questioning whether or not the selection of Cathy Baker was a wise selection as Director of the M&M Program. And if you noticed, that email was not delivered by SAMJC LLC which is the legal HUD M&M FSM Awardee. Curious, to say the least! Whom is at the helm of the Pequod?!
