Oklahoma City 19JAN2015: A2Z Field Services, a company profiled by Foreclosurepedia in the past as issuing a horrific and controversial document ranking up with the Patriot Act is back in the headlines again. It would appear that after a bleed off of talent over the past year that A2Z Field Services has not learned its lesson. Nothing new under the sun. The reality is that when you are committed to a cesspool of incestuous relationships such as those we see on a daily basis within the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) at some point in time you end up jumping in the pool of shit with them! I want to be clear in that I would think that A2Z Field Services had some kind of interest in remaining a go to opportunity for Labor; however, when they continue to hire Otherwise Unspecified Order Mills like Spartan, the reality is that Labor would be very very wise in reevaluating whether or not A2Z Field Services is committed to ever paying Labor.
William Wittmer is an honest and hard working Member of Lab or based out of North Central Oklahoma. Wittmer had been contracted by a subcontractor of A2Z Field Services in September of 2014, to perform services upon A2Z Field Services assets. It is currently unconfirmed whether or not those properties were from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development‘s (HUD).
Now class here we go again with this National, Regional and Otherwise Specified Order Mill Ponzi Scheme. We all remember what Foreclosurepedia tells Labor about this criminality — federal racketeering plain and simple. It would appear, though, from early reports surfacing from Oklahoma and other states that A2Z Field Services simply does not give two shits. While a Source speaking on condition of anonymity did confirm that the matter was being looked into, the reality is that Wittmer has received no money in months. In totality, above and beyond this matter, there is well over ten thousand dollars of fraud here.
Foreclosurepedia, while on the road returning from Phoenix decided to stop in Oklahoma. We made contact with Wittmer and quite frankly were stunned by the rendition given by Wittmer. While the aforementioned comments are generally anticipated originating from the Regional and Otherwise Unspecified Order Mills, the reality is that A2Z Field Services has been an Industry leader for quite some time sans their Patriot Act document which Foreclosurepedia issued Formal Responses to both HUD and during a telephone conference with A2Z Field Services General Counsel Sarah Lee — man, it’s hard to hate on a lady with that name! 😉
We reached out directly to A2Z Field Services while rolling down the tarmac and have, at the time of publication, received no reply. In light of the fact that A2Z Field Services is hanging their collective hopes upon a Second String Contract with US Best Repairs, it would seem that the potential for desperation is a potential.
What A2Z Field Services discovered is that their attempt to game the system by hiring an Otherwise Unspecified Order Mill to hide behind bit them in the ass this time. In fact, Spartan’s Laurah Herzberg (not positive on the spelling as I am on the road still) sent communications to Wittmer informing him that they were filing for bankruptcy protection and refused to give him either the case number or the name of the attorney. A2Z Field Services is well aware of this as Foreclosurepedia transmitted such to them.
Here is where the rubber meets the road: If A2Z Field Services knows there is a problem; if their Otherwise Unspecified Order Mill is nothing other than a contrivance of fraud, then why in the fuck were they never verifying that Spartan was making payments to Contractors? It is a question that I am going to attempt to have the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau ask.
The reality is that in today’s criminally motivated and profit driven Mortgage Field Services Industry, Labor had nowhere to turn to other than Foreclosurepedia. Today, though the International Association of Field Service Technicians (IAFST) has begun to rally around the Plight of Labor. The continued atrocities being committed in wholesale fashion against the innocent men, women and children of Labor are beginning to find resonance not only with IAFST, but additionally with both US Government Investigators as well as Unions. That’s right. Make no mistake whatsoever that Foreclosurepedia has had early discussions with the Teamsters. Now, it is a no brainer in light of the Hurst v Buczek case in the US District Court for the Northern District of California — this was the case where dedicated fraudsters within the Buczek Enterprises Clan paid a six figure settlement to silence Brad Hurst in light of the fact that the US District Court had leaned heavily towards the fact that he was an employee and not an Independent Contractor — that the Teamsters smell blood in the water. They additionally understand the comprehensive power behind a voting and dues paying membership of well over one hundred thousand plus Members of Labor coming on board.
Foreclosurepedia has it on good faith that the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) would not exactly pitch a bitch in stonewalling an action like this. More on point, let’s not bullshit around, HUD today is the model pattern for how the pre conveyance side will be in the next 12 – 18 months.
What is on point is the fact that when you have firms like A2Z Field Services capitulating to fraud, as I see it, Labor is going to begin to dig its heels in. And if US Best Repairs think that they are going to be able to maintain a well stocked and credible Labor Force, they had best stop posing for photos with overpriced ball players and get real about whom they really are working for. The reality is that both A2Z Field Services and US Best Repairs are in way over their own collective heads. I mean when you have formerly sterling firms risking even their reputation to simply keep the lights on, it begins to look like how junkies live. In fact, I think it fair to state that they are junkies — junkies addicted to Labor whom asked no questions and accepted fraud as a way of life.
Thought for A2Z Field Services: Why not do business in a legal manner? I mean you knew Spartan was not doing the work; why not audit Spartan in a quarterly manner and require proof of payment just like you require Labor to do?
