Maysonette, from Carolina, Puerto Rico, is the former Sub Contractor whom lost his entire Sub Contracting Contract in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands when CWIS, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Prime Vendor.
Dave and Carol are more than welcome to appear on the Foreclosurepedia Podcast. And should they feel that threats are a better way of handling the matter (legal or otherwise) I am not impressed.
Threats of murder against my then two year old son came from the Buczek Clan; former Secretary Heather Berghorst’s lawyer threatened me with prison for stating she was bankrupt; Mickey Snow … well, he scared the day laborers away; and your nail filing secretary threatened me for attempting to collect a debt owed to me. Eight years later I am still here and the rest of you are Agatha Cristie — And Then There Were None.
You might remember the Editor-in-Chief whom your firm owed forty two dollars ($42.00) to, Paul Williams. Yes that is me. And because of your recalcitrant behavior here we are again, full circle. I bring all this up as during the production of this video we began to receive troubling reports of CWIS refusal to make timely payments upon HUD Contracts within Florida. Make no mistake that they and others were meticulously documented so bring on the, in camera sans the Ramagos Clan, hearing. Additionally, the tactics which CWIS are reportedly employing against Labor we are not comfortable with discussing until we meet with Counsel tomorrow.
