Sources speaking on condition of anonymity today stated that Steve Helser is leaving ASONS. Helser, formerly Chief Executive Officer (CEO), was unavailable for comment at the time of publication. Helser, previously served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for ASONS and oversaw the daily national operations for ASONS in that capacity,
Replacing Helser at the ASONS helm is Nathan Vannatter. With an MBA and a degree in Accounting, Nathan focuses on the development and growth of Human Resources, Information Technology, Training, and Sales at ASONS. Through strategic planning, time-management driven leadership, and team oriented customer service, Nathan has managed and grown departments in Human Resources, Construction, Sales, and Business Development for successful regional and national companies. It is also worthy to note that Hiring Within is a Policy ASONS does not shy away from. It is a Policy which I believe truly motivates those working within a corporate environment.
Several weeks ago Foreclosurepedia had the opportunity to speak with Vannatter during a tour of ASONS new General Headquarters located in Muncie, Indiana. Our lunch was spent speaking, in part, with Vannatter and confirmed that which Foreclosurepedia has always noted about ASONS and its Leadership: Sound, Solid and Agile.
Speaking exclusively to Foreclosurepedia this evening, Vannatter had this to say about his transition,
Today I humbly accepted the position of CEO at ASONS. We plan to continue to grow our company in property preservation, construction, and repair and maintenance (R&M) areas. We will also focus on a hybrid maintenance program for R&M where we hire and use our own employees in select markets.
In fact, my first order of business tomorrow will be to hire field employees with handyman skills in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Denver, Dallas, St. Louis, Austin, Seattle, Tampa, Las Vegas, and Charlotte.
I look forward to leading this great company for the next 20 years! ASONS is on the move!
