Eric Miller, National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Executive Director, reached out yesterday to Foreclosurepedia and notified us that the NAMFS IRS Form 990 will be provided as it has been, each year in the past, via certified mail upon completion. While laudable, the reality is that without the formal request, the presumption of delivery would be ill founded. Fact of the matter, though, is Miller and NAMFS are far easier to work with, with respect to the IRS Form 990, than when the process first began. And . . .
