The holiday season to me is quite the overrated and commercialized period of time when Americans pull out all the stops to have a proverbial dick waving contest on public thoroughfares each attempting to build a larger house of cards through debt than their fellow citizen. It begins with an enormous meal where each family portrays themselves as more the culinary gangster than the other. And as the tryptophan wears off from the turkey, it peaks in an obscene display of financial gluttony and culminates in a Bacchanal display of alcohol and drug abuse. That final evening which ends the 35 days or so progression, generally ends up with someone in jail or the morgue. It is usually during this time that the National Association of Asset Management and Field Services — formerly simply NAMFS but due to some perceived financial issues changed their name — rolls out the grinch, Eric Miller, NAMFS Executive Director. Along with Miller’s Sméagol, Kellie Chambers, and trusty sidekick Chad Rulo, NAMFS President, the Tempest Trio always make a B Line for Labor’s wallets. And this year included the introduction of an all in 600+ data point proposition for the new inspection form. One may see the true Gollum, Scott Nerdin InspectorADE‘s owner-in-chief, standing in the background of the NAMFS holiday photo, rubbing his hands back and forth murmuring Precious, My Precious. Why, you might ask? Well, Gollum knows that the new NAMFS data points will bring even more profits into his opaque control. The ability to impact our Industry with sheer balls and 100% Grade-A All-American Bullshit — to quote Matt Tiabbi in his Candice Owens piece today — will someday give Miller a place among NAMFS folk heroes like Samuel Pierce, former HUD Secretary, or perhaps Alphonso Jackson, ditto.
Many had asked what I had been doing during my absence this holiday season. I am sure that Miller & Co. were doing all they could in Mordor praying to Trump 2.0 that I was dead. Their incantations and witches brew of standardization and the offloading of MCS to the now financially hamstrung Stewart Title, they felt was sacrifice enough. It wasn’t. And their 3 missing years of tax returns never filed with the IRS will tell you the same.
All sense of reason has escaped us in 2025. Whether it is the term clean energy applied to nuclear power — which I support — or those Ohio firms called out privately and their noses got bruised. There were many others but Ohio stands out in that when confronted with an email, it was all aboard the NAMFS train as opposed to common sense prevailing. You see, people do not like being confronted with something outside of their own, NAMFS controlled house of cards. And for those of you whom have been getting passes, I am here to tell you best buy the ticket and take the ride on the legit side. There are only two non institutional firms left, NFR and Cyprexx, and one sells out in 2026 guaranteed. And for the haters out there, I have predicted every merger and collapse since 2011. Hell, I even forced the involuntary bankruptcy of National Field Network!
2026 is shaping up to be a year where Foreclosurepedia is back on the podcasting tour with a greater vengeance than Trump 2.0 has been with his crucifixions at the DoJ. Less dots to connect now and far more liability on the institutional side. The reality, though, is that Miller and his Merry Band of Fraudsters make it easy. Sans the NAMFS connection to NADP, the reality is that you simply cannot buy PR like the shit being slung on the NAMFS Podcast called Unhinged — err, Unlocked. And the sycophant glass ceiling is being broken each episode as Labor continues to preach the gospel of pricing. No level of consternation can replace these semi-live takes and Miller’s admission that NAMFS members have refused to pass through any money from the price hikes will play for months. I was actually thinking about making it my ring tone! Pick the podcast up here at 18:18 and then by 19:00 Miller admits no money is flowing downward, but they have a hundreds of dollars Academy. Just another NAMFS house of cards.
Have no fear, though. For over a decade, you have come here to live vicariously through Foreclosurepedia. What woke me up was the murder of Michael Dodge, a field service technician murdered for doing his job. All the while, Miller and his Fraudsters remained silent. Even the International Association of Field Service Technicians (IAFST), while NAMFS refused, created the Michael Dodge Memorial Fund to assist others in his name. While NAMFS dumps thousands of dollars on a dying software platform for a membership count less than 100, IAFST has built out a new architecture. And with the issuance of NFC cards to their Membership for immediate web verification, IAFST is taking the lead on real safety and standardization.
2026 will be the year when Foreclosurepedia re-awakens and for those Fraudsters looking to prey on Labor, we will find you. We will expose you. And once again, we will be the Beacon of Light that Labor has found missing in 2025.
