SEAS LLC, the orphan stepchild of many Portfolio Holders, is back on the wagon again attempting to lay the blame of the inability to pay upon the shoulders of their Clients. The problem with this tiresome banter is that SEAS LLC has Contracts with Contractors and unless there is a Doctrine of Privity in play, SEAS LLC is on the hook.
