Heather Berghorst, the now disgraced and former NAMFS Regime Secretary whom is currently being litigated against in federal court for willful and malicious injury by Fifth Third Bankcorp; embezzlement and fraud by others, has received carte blanche protection by Farelo-Fernandez and Eric Miller, the NAMFS Regime Executive Director in that Berghorst still remains a Member in Good Standing upon the NAMFS Offender Member List. Farelo-Fernandez has the power to recommend an Ethics Investigation, but she refuses to as she does with Jay Goscinski.
