Jay Goscinski: MRS Will Hold Your Money If You Sue

Heather Berghorst, the now disgraced and former NAMFS Regime Secretary whom is currently being litigated against in federal court for willful and malicious injury by Fifth Third Bankcorp; embezzlement  and fraud by others, has received carte blanche protection by Farelo-Fernandez and Eric Miller, the NAMFS Regime Executive Director in that Berghorst still remains a Member in Good Standing upon the NAMFS Offender Member List. Farelo-Fernandez has the power to recommend an Ethics Investigation, but she refuses to as she does with Jay Goscinski.

Like a page out of the Heather Berghorst manual, Jay Goscinski, Michigan Realty Solutions, admits to owing money and threatens to hold those funds if sued. The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime has been loathe to make good on Eric Miller’s promise to hold Goscinski accountable if legitimate issues were ever presented against him. Adriana Farelo-Fernandez, the NAMFS Regime Vice President appears to be as adamant about protecting Jay Goscinski as she is about Heather Berghorst and the Buczek Family.

Many will remember Goscinski as Foreclosurepedia devoted plenty of Articles documenting his illegal entry into the NAMFS Regime in a manner similar to that of the illegal appointment of Joe Hummel, quasi co owner of Keystone Property Services. Unlike Contractors whom Goscinski has terrified with his boisterous threats of litigation, Foreclosurepedia is not wet behind the ears — make no mistake whatsoever, our Discovery Requests will bring down Mighty Houses.

Most of you have been settled in full or have small balances. Those that are inactive are not aware and were not emailed about our company restructuring that took place earlier this month after an extensive independent audit.
My self and my wife have returned full time and took back financial control of the company and the accounting department to correct the issues that had developed over the last year and half. I’ve re-invested 100’s of thousands into the company and am actively perusing clients that owe us in excess of 1/2 a million dating back into 2013.
We’ve been awarded several more states and brought on new national clients making us bigger then we have ever been and we are not going anywhere. By spring we will be servicing in all 50 states.
Over 100 deactive vendors have returned to work with us. Now that I and my wife have returned.
I look forward to settling with the few of you that still have active balances.
For any that that is not good enough have your attorney contact us.

Really, the rest of the emails below — we reached out to all of them and have gotten payments for some — are almost moot. We took the step of forwarding this mess to Eric Miller, the Executive Director of the NAMFS Regime whom receives over ONE HUNDRED AND ELEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS CONSUMING NEARLY SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES, was contacted with respect to his promise to investigate Cheap Suit Jay should there be any issues. I did this, on purpose, so that I would be able to use markedly different language in tomorrow’s Article. I want to drill down, though, on two quotes from Cheap Suit Jay,

Anyone who feels that legal action is necessary feel free to let me know so we can hold your funds pending settlement.

and

My self and my wife have returned full time and took back financial control of the company and the accounting department to correct the issues that had developed over the last year and half.

In the former quote, Jay Goscinski is stating that should anyone file suit, he will hold monies he admits owing. Best I can tell, this is a crime and those Clients whom are financially backing Jay Goscinski — make no mistake they are on Notice — are cosigning Goscinski’s statement. You want to talk about some bad PR coming down the pike! The second statement is far more troubling. Goscinski owns a Company and is admitting that for a year and a half there have been accounting issues and that both he and his wife have not been involved with their own Company. I mean this is the epitome of that which is wrong with NAMFS Regime Offender Member Order Mills. Here is Jay Goscinski’s opinion with respect to the First Amendment,

Some may not be paid as fast as they want but all WILL be paid! Being part of these BS chains are the way to make it latter then sooner!
So, Goscinski stated, point blank as seen below in the emails, that he will illegally withhold Contractor’s pay based upon their participation in their First Amendment rights. Let me BE VERY FUCKING CLEAR HERE to those whom have conversations with me, to become entangled in this type of mess is not wise. Fairy tales and griffins rank up with the belief that Goscinski is going to become honest. I am already fielding multiple emails from the 80+ whom were in the cc’s below claiming to be owed monies.

Contractors should first reach out to the Michigan Real Estate Commission and File a Complaint Located Here. Then go to the National Association of Realtors and File A Complaint. As opposed to Adriana Farelo-Fernandez and Eric Miller whom continue to refuse to allow non NAMFS Regime Members ability in Filing Ethics Complaints, both the National Association of Realtors and the State Real Estate Commissions ensure that the American Public are allowed to bring to light the types of issues Goscinski, Berghorst, Buczek, et al., create.

Goscinski, in my opinion, is a two bit guinea whom slammed the Mortgage Field Services Industry when he was foreclosed upon; filed bankruptcy; capitalized upon the media when his kid was involved in Facebook drama and overall is a piss poor excuse for humanity. People like Miller and Farelo-Fernandez, whom continue to bury their heads in the sand, are no better as I see it. The Berghorst Affair is nothing compared to what is coming down the pike with respect to Opinionated Reporting I have in store unless and until Goscinski is removed from his ability to commit what I believe are pretty clear cut atrocities against innocent men and women.

Before publication, we became privy to several email communications between Goscinski and Sources speaking on condition of anonymity. In the interests of fairness, I will state that Goscinski acknowledges “issues” and alleges third party auditing as Goscinski has been missing in action for the past year and a half at Michigan Realty Solutions. Should Goscinski like to clear the air and appear on the Foreclosurepedia Podcast, he is more than welcome to. That would be like Eric Miller standing by his word and I will not hold my breath.

Below, is just a part of the emails which began flying around earlier today,

Jay,
With all due respect, your story does not hold water.  There are way too many people saying the same thing about your company.  I personally am still out about $3,000. This was from work competed in May.
Anyone,  who wants to join a lawsuit,  I’m all for it.  Especially with the normal threats and half truths from Jay as below.

Invoice #103764 balance due $60.00

Lena,
I still have not heard back from you since my last e-mail of 10/14/14 or heard back from Rachel or Ray:
When I first submitted this list of unpaid invoices on 8/26/14 I was told I would hear back shortly. Then on 9/11/14 the next excuse was that you are going thru a work order audit. Then on 10/14/14 the next excuse was your company is going thru a major restructuring and that I have to send my inquiries to different staff again. My issue of unpaid invoices is being tossed around with different staff and I am getting the runaround.
What is your next excuse for not paying me?
I still have not received a check for the following invoices of which you acknowledge I will be paid for:
Invoice #103504 balance due $35.00
Invoice #103507 balance due $52.50
Invoice #103764 balance due $60.00
Invoice #105582 balance due $50.00
Invoice #105438 balance due $10.00
My number is xxxxxxxxx I’m in they owe me 10033 dollars and won’t answer my calls

My name is Cliff Mitchell a former vendor of MRS. They owe us around 5000. We have talked to a lawyer and he suggests all if us pull to together and file a class action lawsuit. Just 1 of us will not get any thing from him I was with Mrs for 2 years he will not listen but if we all pull together we will get his attention and get our money from him. Please email me back for my number and you are more then welcome to call me. I know from experience he will not listen to just 1. And we can also bring all his clients into the suit also on our side.
Thanks

Tony,
I understand what you’re saying.  I am still out about $3,000. I stop all work from them for anyone who is still working for them.
