While the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is refusing to confirm, Award Letters have already been transmitted awarding the Management and Marketing (M&M) Asset Manager (AM) Contract for Region 5P to Residential Enhancements GA. Word on the bricks is that the Protests are already under way; however, HUD has no comment. Tomorrow, we will speak with some of those whom are building the Protests.
