So, the long and drawn out Saga of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) enters into a new and even more ugly chapter with the Asset Management Portion of the M&M Awarding Process. Just another chapter in the sordid affairs of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime and how the NAMFS Regime does business. With attorneys no longer even allowed to legally inform their Clients with respect to that which the General Accountability Office (GAO) lists as reasons for denial and the attorneys unable to give their Clients anything but a REDACTED version of the Denials, it sound more and more like a Frank Kafka deal each and every day with BLB Resources and Matt Martin Real Estate Management leading HUD and Craig Karnes around by the nose. It would seem, though, that
The McCurry’s, over at Real Estate Resource Services (RERS) have, to date, not responded to our requests for an on-the-record Interview adding yet more intrigue to the HUD M&M Contract. Fear for reprisals or rattling sabers? I do not know. What I do know is that the Obama Administration has become effective at silencing its opposition. It is my understanding that they and others are under a Protective Order — you just have to love how the Obama Administration ensures that the ability to Petition For Redress of Grievance applies only to those Elite, Multi Million Dollar Firms whom have curried favor.
Business as usual, it would appear. We all remember Kevin Simpson’s threatening and intimidating of me with respect to the Procurement Law Division’s Memo which a High Level Obama Administration official leaked last year. Who all is on the Payroll of Big Business? Well, apparently the McCurry’s may get those answers in the near future.
