COMPLAINT AND DOCUMENTS BELOW: The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS), by and through its agent and employee Eric Miller seated in the capacity as Executive Director and acting under color of state law, has refused to provide a US Citizen whose vocation is a Member of the Entertainment Media Sector a true copy of the NAMFS Internal Revenue Services (IRS) Form 990. Eric Miller has freely, willingly and with overt intention illegally interfered with Foreclosurepedia’s attempts to obtain the NAMFS IRS Form 990 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2013. Furthermore, Eric Miller did on 20 September 2014, actively engage in deceit and laid his hand to a legal instrument on behalf of NAMFS in a manner calculated to deprive myself of civil rights in accordance with 42 USC 1983.
