The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) continues to deal with the legal fallout of its Membership illegally misclassifying employees as contractors. Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS) — and actually they are VPS Holdings Limited — recently paid out millions of dollars to Bennett Vinson, owner of CD McIntosh Installations LLC, to settle what is commonly referred to as the W2 vs W9 Claims in Vinson v AMS REO, et al., which Foreclosurepedia brought to light several weeks ago. MCS, simultaneously, paid Vinson while shoveling out its latest pile of steaming shit pertaining to removing the constitutionally guaranteed civil rights of Minority Females and Labor by and through their latest Master Services Agreement (MSA). What MCS knew they could not do was violated the provisions of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). And it is that knowledge that has laid yet another nail in their collective coffins.
What VPS Holdings Limited doesn’t want to hear about is how Caroline Reaves, once again, fucked up the paperwork. But she did. You see, it was almost a repeat of how Reaves got herself under a Sealed Qui Tam (Whistleblower) investigation by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by and through her fuckery as she closed down Asset Management Specialists (AMS). Reaves lost each and every of the AMS HUD Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) Contracts and then paid over a million and a half dollars to make the other problems with homes go away. Not the sharpest tool in the shed, but it’s what you get when you promote swamp things above their paygrade. Here, take a read from the latest Reaves’ fuck up,
See, Swamp Thing Reaves just wasn’t able to stick her proverbial fist up deep enough in the hollow guts of the ambulance chasing lawyers to force them to redact those two, key provisions that Contractors may sue under which are separate from the Arbitration rules. Above and beyond that the MCS MSA is rendered null and void, ab initio, as unconstitutional, is immaterial. What is material is that there are not too many tunnels to continue crawling into and that, ultimately, will finally work against her English Lackeys across the Pond. Fuck the Union Jack, for real! Piss on the Queen and all she stands for. That is why the United States is here today!
Minority Females and Labor have had it. And in light of the fact that it was England whom ordered the Settlements, the reality is that they are telegraphing that Reaves is not the shoe in she continues to believe she is as the make up artists continue to pile her face up with what really constitutes mortar, these days.
Eric Miller’s House of Cards is collapsing all around him. The once confident veneer Miller put forward is a shell of a man, today. All around he, the world continues to move at a break neck pace as Miller and dear ‘ol Ms Ziots struggle to keep abreast of where the Industry is heading. Sad, really, but not unexpected. The belief in the criminal organization that John Ward put together, so many years ago, rings hollow with financial institutions, today. And many are asking is Miller’s ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLAR PER YEAR Salary, which consumes Over 80 Percent of all NAMFS Member dues, really worth it anymore. I haven’t spoken to a Minority Female nor Member of Labor whom have cleared that in years.
Another question which presents is why are not NAMFS Members returning a portion of the tax profits they are reaping from the Trump Administration? Their banking masters are, so why not do the same?
It isn’t all doom and gloom, though. Many are seeing the writing on the Wall. The International Association of Field Service Technicians (IAFST) has been holding monthly Summits with their largest one yet in New York City on the 20th. Minority Females and Labor alike are realizing their potential by working with firms like Digital Matrix Group (DMG) in their Hedge Fund Partnership Programs to perform Rehab and Restoration nationwide. And many are moving into federal contracting where the profit margins are enormous and the fraud is virtually zero. All in all, we are seeing a complete brain drain with respect to the Mortgage Field Services Industry. It is, as Paul Williams, Editor-in-Chief of Foreclosurepedia puts it, “A successful Operation John Galt.”
