It gets better, though. 259 out of the 482 — FIFTY THREE PERCENT — of the NAMFS Regime Members are attending. I mean this is beyond pathetic. It reminds me of the last, sad gasp of the Yakuza in Japan. Fraud is no longer en vogue apparently. I mean the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS), which is distinct from the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime, used to be a somewhat prestigious Association. After Eric Miller took the helm as Captain Ahab, though, John Ward’s legacy went straight down the shitter — no other PC Term for it. Even Miller’s threats to sue me failed — miserably. Under Miller’s tenure as Executive Director of the NAMFS Regime; while Miller has collected OVER ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR FOR YEARS WHICH HAS CONSUMED NEARLY SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBERSHIP DUES, the reality is that even the criminals like Heather Berghorst and the legacy fraudsters like the Buczek Family have fallen from grace. More on point, though, it is the distinct absence of certain key NAMFS Regime Members which make Fraud Fest 2014 even more like a death procession in Afghanistan.

It is truly tragic that the NAMFS Regime charges its very on Membership outlandish prices and yet cannot even provide beverages. I mean I can picture it now, Miller is going to be just outside the Conference Room doors selling Bathroom Tokens at half price — toilet paper extra. Folks, this is the epitome of a Regime on its last legs. Miller, the bumbling hack whom has never seen a single minute in the field other than perhaps complaining that the Franciscan Monks up in Chicago last year did not have air conditioning for the photo op, has single handedly ensured that interaction with the NAMFS Regime virtually guarantees an army of federal investigators eventually showing up. Adam Miles, NAMFS Regime President and owner of Miles Preservation knows only all to well what happens when you piss off the feds vis-a-vis a can of WD-40, or so the story goes.
When Eric Miller and the rest of the NAMFS Regime Board of Directors refused to deal with the atrocities committed by Mid Ohio Field Services, Boyd Property Preservation, Berhorst Enterprises, Heritage Home Solutions, Buczek Enterprises — I mean I have a stack to add to this list and it makes me want to vomit — with Ethics Hearings, they broadcast to the world that they have no intentions of ever being anything other than a haven for fraudsters. The Media and CFPB alike are taking notice.
Lieutenant Colonel (USAF Retired) Kevin Sweeney is giving some kind of motivational speech for Fraud Fest 2014. Sweeny served in Iraq along with hundreds of thousands of others, thousands whom never made it home. Personally, I am loathe to opine here, but it is required. I respect Sweeney for serving his Nation. He seems to be a consummate professional in marketing his aeronautical feats and went on to land a pricey, white collar job — he was, after all, an officer so that makes sense. What I DO NOT respect is a military man whom preaches to a choir which was guilty of committing fraud against disabled combat veterans and never said as much as they were sorry. I mean it takes a certain type of military man to take money from people whom have targeted and defrauded firemen, disabled military veterans and minorities. To ensure that Sweeny has an opportunity to opine, I am sending this article to him and Veterans in the Industry should as well:
The reality is that the disgraced and former Secretary of the NAMFS Regime took hard working Mortgage Field Services Industry men and women to the cleaners for close to a MILLION Dollars. For the NAMFS Regime not to even remove her from NAMFS or at least even force a public apology to remain in the NAMFS Regime is a sterling example of why people should boycott Fraud Fest 2014. More on point, though, the honorable US Military Veterans I speak with each and every day should communicate to Sweeny that his attendance soils the good name of the US Air Force by lending his name and support to a corrupt organization which refuses to address the rampant fraud and corruption ongoing today. Should Sweeny wish to reach out I will provide the HUNDREDS of names, emails and phone numbers — many of whom contacted Eric Miller to no avail — and the thousands of emails and documents I possess to reinforce why his speech at the NAMFS Regime Fraud Fest goes beyond the pale of disrespect to the Veterans in this Industry and will undoubtedly tarnish his good name.
