NAMFS Members Being Blanket Sued Now

Safeguard Properties, Asset Management Services, Five Brothers, CoreLogic, Aim Your Way and Field Asset Services are all now being sued. You know, Eric Miller really just doesn’t have a clue. Eric Miller, the Executive Director of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services who receives ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING ALMOST SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL NAMFS MEMBER DUES has finally landed National Association of Mortgage Field Services Members in a quagmire of litigation. Class Action Lawsuits are now popping up EVERYWHERE. The legal fees alone will cripple the Industry! Hey Eric, CAN YOU HEAR ME NOW?!

SFMS is investigating whether workers at FAS who performed property preservation and maintenance services were classified as independent contractors but really treated as employees. Upon information and belief, FAS workers were really employees as FAS controlled all aspects of its workers’ employment. Despite the control over its employees, in many cases, FAS allegedly did not pay its employees overtime wages or reimbursement for out-of-pocket expenses. If you performed property preservation and maintenance services for FAS at any property and were denied overtime pay or reimbursement for expenses, please contact us by filling out the form below.

SFMS is also investigating similar practices by Asset Management Services, Five Brothers Mortgage, Safeguard, CoreLogic and Aim Your Way, LLC. If you wish to share any information about these other companies, please contact us through the form below.

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
