NAMFS: Cutting Prices To Stay Solvent?

This had been a horrible year for the National Association of Mortgage Field Services. Never in its twenty five year history combined has the National Association of Mortgage Field Services had so many of its Members publicly accused of fraud, corruption and now even federal racketeering. With their Executive Director, Eric Miller, collecting over ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS; NEARLY SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES, Members are beginning to question aloud whether or not Miller is the cause.

This story is not so much about the criminality being displayed by Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services, though. This is about the fact that the National Association of Mortgage Field Services is grasping at straws. With that said, a simple bio search on Eric Miller now shows Foreclosurepedia associated with his name ON ALMOST EVERY SINGLE LISTING ON PAGE ONE OF GOOGLE when you look through his employment — LPS was used in this example where he allegedly did Intelligence. Make no mistake whatsoever, the dust would not have settled from his last footstep off the bus at The Farm, before he was stepping back aboard!

For awhile now, the National Association of Mortgage Field Services has been hustling their “Certification” Training and Testing Model from the NAMFS Academy. In September of this year, Eric Miller was quoted in a hard copy Mortgage Servicing News Advertisement Insert as stating that their Training and Testing Model would be legitimately Certified. The Problem? It still isn’t. Matter of fact, it never will be as far as I can tell.

To make things even worse, the National Association of Mortgage Field Services is feeling the pinch in revenue. Even after leveraging its Membership to DEMAND that Contractors take the NAMFS Training and Certification, they are having to parade out the Platform with a FORTY PERCENT REDUCTION!

NAMFS 40

More on point, though, Eric Miller has shown his stupidity to be at levels never before achieved. You cannot train a Contractor; you may only train AN EMPLOYEE. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is taking Notice as well. Not just at the Employee vs Independent Contractor level, but also whether or not the National Association of Mortgage Field Services is exceeding its Non Profit Status.

NAMFS rolled out its Initial Industry Training & Certification Program in 2010. NAMFS has revised and expanded these offerings through The NAMFS Academy which launched in March 2013. These offerings include various formats of e-learning, including Basic Literature, Video, PP Presentations and Multi-Media.

Well, that sounds real good. After screwing Rob Preston, former National Association of Mortgage Field Services Member, Eric Miller and the crew we all recognize like Heather Berghorst, owner of Berghorst Enterprises and recent Foreclosurepedia Awardee of the Fraudster Award, decided that the Members of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services were not getting enough money by simply defrauding Contractors. Thus the scheme was concocted to force a For Profit revenue stream for Training which would be funneled through the Non Profit National Association of Mortgage Field Services.

Eric Miller is such a pathetic excuse for an Industry Executive. I mean Public Relations must have been something that Miller slept through. Miller’s attempt to sulk through the shadows with Brunswick Companies and get the NAMFS Training Model put in front of the Insurance Underwriters was detected by my Intelligence Division. What he didn’t know, though, was that Rob Preston’s model was a Potemkim Village; the Потёмкинские деревни.

We have been working behind the scenes with a Firm whom now has Official Certification Status from the State of Texas within the Property Preservation Industry. We are going to actively work with this Firm to bring about Revolutionary Change; change which ultimately dethrone the National Association of Mortgage Field Services. If you think you know Lobbying, you don’t know jack.

Didn’t you read the writing on the Wall? K Street was where I hung my hat before I came to this Industry. Foreclosurepedia IS the metonym for the Property Preservation Industry now. No two ways around it. Regardless of whether or not you love us or hate us, we are now a household term.

So, while the National Association of Mortgage Field Services is hemorrhaging money in an attempt to pay Eric Miller and apparently silence the victims of its Membership, it is having to resort to the WORST STRATEGY IN MARKETING KNOWN TO MAN — DISCOUNTING OVER FORTY PERCENT OF THE RETAIL PRICE OF THEIR FAILED TRAINING MODEL

This rather reminds me of going to a Going Out Of Business sale. I mean here is a once proud Association; an Association which was the Legacy of now deceased John Ward, hocking its wares on the Corner like white trash. Next thing you know, the National Association of Mortgage Field Services will be out holding signs on the Street Corners saying Will Foreclose For Food!

Eric Miller’s destruction of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services will haunt the Association of decades. No longer is NAMFS associated with Prestige; no longer is the NAMFS Logo a beacon for Quality and Pride, now the National Association of Mortgage Field Services is associated with base greed and corruption. When NAMFS most needed a Leader, Eric Miller simply pocketed his ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS and turned his back.

Hey, at least you get a 40 Percent Off Deal for that NAMFS Yearly Training!
