Everyone remembers Altisource's biggest claim to fame from the #Fraudster days. Michigan Realty Solutions, owned and operated by Jay Goscinski up in Michigan. As we documented, Goscinski submitted and/or made fraudulent statements to the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) to obtain Membership in NAMFS. Goscinski submitted, what according to Altisource's former Associate General Counsel, was both fraudulent and a lie. Eric Miller, Executive Director of NAMFS, is in possession of this information. Additionally, Miller has had full and active knowledge that Goscinski has been defrauding Members of Labor for several years now and has done nothing to extricate NAMFS from this artifice or scheme.
