The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) is tripling down on the Joe Hummel debacle. Eric Miller, NAMFS Executive Director whom is paid OVER ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS PER YEAR CONSUMING OVER SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL MEMBER DUES, is now undoubtedly in the protection rackets. How I come to this conclusion is that Miller was directly informed of this information and refused to either dismiss or confirm dismissal of Hummel from the NAMFS Membership and Fundraising Committees.
Sources speaking on condition of anonymity stated to Foreclosurepedia exclusively that Hummel blamed his firing at Integrated Solutions upon Foreclosurepedia. This was confirmed, via a third party, through Hummel’s sister whom additionally made the statement. We were advised that in the few months that Hummel was at Integrated Solutions their coverage in over ten states dwindled to only several.
Hummel is stating that he is currently working for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). Foreclosurepedia has calls into CFPB to confirm this. At the time of publication neither CFPB responded to our inquiry nor had Hummel.
If Joe Hummel is misrepresenting being a both a US Government employee and working for the CFPB, it is a crime. It is a crime which Eric Miller would have full knowledge of. It is a far different game from simply allowing a man convicted of financial crimes to be appointed to a NAMFS Committee. If Miller allows Hummel to remain on the NAMFS Membership and Fundraising Committees and Hummel is lying about working at CFPB, Miller is placing NAMFS directly in criminal cross hairs.
Anyone taking any bets on whether Joe Hummel worked a couple months at Integrated Solutions; had evidence presented to Eric Miller PERSONALLY by NAMFS Business Owners corroborating Hummel’s financial convictions; up and bolted to New Jersey and now is all of the sudden working for the CFPB?
I am at a loss how Eric Miller would allow a CFPB employee to be on the NAMFS Membership and Fundraising Committee. You see, either Hummel is working for CFPB and on the NAMFS Membership and Fundraising Committees which gives the US Government direct and private information on NAMFS Members, or Joe Hummel is not working at CFPB; has lied; is no longer working for ANY NAMFS MEMBER and thus is an individual with no obligation to keep confidential samesaid information!
Like Caesar, Eric Miller is surrounded on all sides with the Ides of March. Brutus is rapidly approaching in a proverbial sense.
On a closing note, I am gravely concerned that Eric Miller is refusing to take action. This is a clear message that for the right price anyone may be allowed to both be appointed to and remain upon NAMFS Committees. In the case of Joe Hummel it is now clear, beyond any reasonable doubt, that Eric Miller is allowing Hummel to remain upon the NAMFS Membership and Fundraising Committee and that Hummel no longer has standing to even be a Member within NAMFS.
So, my question to the NAMFS Membership; my question to Elspeth Spransy of Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), the same Spransy whom has been encouraging folks to work with Good Choice instead of hanging their own shingle with MCS, is are you going to go down with the ship or are any of you going to force Eric Miller to return whatever Hummel has given to him — if anything — to allow Hummel to remain on the NAMFS Membership and Fundraising Committees when he is not even a NAMFS Member?!
