We received 6 more Complaints against Jay Goscinski, Michigan Realty Solutions owner, over the evening hours. The reality is that Goscinski’s interactions with Pat McTaggart over at Altisource are starting to sound like those of a serial offender. With Altisource caught like a deer in the headlights, Goscinski’s grooming of unsuspecting Members of Labor is playing out like a sick, B Rate film on Detroit’s 8 Mile.
Jacob Tarski is yet another victim of Jay Goscinski and his Altisource hustle. At nearly ten thousand dollars, the total take between Goscinski and Altisource is well over a quarter of a million dollars now.
Foreclosurepedia is on the road in a few hours heading down to Florida to interview and profile several Members of Labor with respect to what is going on in the Southeast Quad this weekend. In the meantime, we are going to attempt to publish upon each and every outstanding work order, physical address, monies owed and damages upon Altisource properties which Jay Goscinski and his Altisource paymaster both refuse to pay upon.
In full disclosure, Foreclosurepedia attempted to work with Goscinski on this matter to no avail. Over a three week period, Goscinski was able to put forward fifty dollars to address matters. Wow. Fifty dollars compared to well over a quarter of a million dollars owed. I mean, even as monies roll into the coffered of Michigan Realty Solutions, Members of Labor are flipped the middle finger. How much rolled into MRS and how much went out the back door is unknown at this time. What is known is that an exodus of staff have left MRS even as Goscinski continues with the public facing position that accounts are not as bad as they appear.
In the meantime, it might be time for this National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Offender Member to do the just and honorable thing by filing bankruptcy as he is far beyond financially insolvent. I make this statement as Goscinski both refuses to pay Members of Labor and refuses to file litigation against Altisource. At some point in time, it begins to look like a criminal enterprise should Goscinski actually continue to send out work orders for any Client. I also am curious how Eric Miller feels about his latest illegal appointment to the NAMFS Regime rolls. From Miller’s lips to the ears of many NAMFS Rank and File, Miller stated if there were any issues with Goscinski, Miller would be the first to address them. Yeah, right. Gotta wonder how much of Labor’s money Goscinski is paying Miller to remain silent. Nothing new in the Mortgage Field Services Industry!
