Jay Goscinski, Michigan Realty Solutions, has been officially identified as the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Offender Member whom entered into Mediation and then under the Banner of the NAMFS Regime refused to pay, yet again. The entirety of the record shall be made available in the morning including Goscinski’s signature as a NAMFS Regime Member.
I mean this is #EpicFail shit as no fucking way can the NAMFS Regime disregard Goscinski’s signature and agreement to pay. Or can they? If they can; if Eric Miller and Adriana Farelo-Fernandez are able to disregard a signed document attesting under Penalty of Perjury to the fact that Jay Goscinski owes money and has agreed to pay — oops, he missed the date by almost two weeks now — it would solidify my belief that this is federal racketeering.
Eric Miller, NAMFS Regime Executive Director was contacted about this latest scandal and has, as usual, refused comment. The National Association of Realtors referred us to the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors — 248-478-1700 — is the lead point-of-contact to process all Complaints against Goscinski to ensure that his Michigan Real Estate License is stripped from him. Additionally, the Michigan Real Estate Commission is becoming involved. Ensure that Eric Miller’s name is cited on each and every Complaint to ensure that the Commissions and State Licensing Agency are aware of Miller’s refusal to act.
