New homes closing had their best month since 2008 with $514 million in sales of single-family homes. New construction permits were also at their highest level since May 2008 with a 12-month rolling average of 1,397 permits or an annual rate of 16,768, helping to end the year on a strong note for an industry that experienced fits and starts throughout 2014.

According to the latest housing report released from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, the Greater Phoenix housing market gained strength from February through July with tight supply below $250,000 and healthy demand for the mid-ranges between $250,000 and $500,000. The high-end luxury market also had an excellent first half but lost a lot of momentum in its upper ranges from August onwards. The rest of the market hesitated for a few months during the late summer and early fall but, at the end of the year, was regaining momentum again.
To say that there is no money flowing in and out of the housing sector is to walk outside, on a sunny day, and say that one cannot see due to lack of light. In similar fashion, as I begin to lay out my storyboard for this weekend’s articles, to say that Micheal Breese, new owner of PinPoint Equity Group and HomeStar LLC has not been paid and cannot pay Labor, is likewise a crock of shit.
Micheal Breese, National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) wonderboy and IMN’s most recent Svengali, has been rolling out fraud on an Epic Scale. With respect to NAMFS, it is to be expected; however, IMN may stand in just a bit of an uncomfortable position with respect to Breese vis-a-vis one of their tapped speakers being pinched by the feds at an IMN Conference last year.
Breese is not just a run-of-the-mill English Bob — lESLIE — with respect to fraud in the Mortgage Field Services Industry. Micheal Breese has refined his art. In fact, Breese even has the trade publications swooning to his sycophant symphony. Here is what DSNews printed last year,

Breese is one of those folks whom is capable of taking the pulse of society and mimicking that which they want to hear. Generally, we call this psychopathic behavior — an anti social personality disorder comes to mind when reading the Diagnostics and Statistics Manual (DSM). A simple reading through of the above piece shows how Breese had already preordained his defense for the million dollar plus fraud he perpetrated upon Labor. The groundwork for HomeStar’s #FraudFest was laid back in April, 2014, as Breese & Company high tailed it out of Minnesota and landed up in Texas — Texas is second only to Florida for the proliferation of fraud perpetrated upon Labor.

- The gal affiliated in this new business is his new girlfriend fling whom was the social media idiot at HomeStar. Her job was to ensure all negative Facebook posts from people whom are owed money on HomeStarLLC’s Facebook were deleted. She’s his business partner.
It is also worthy to note that Micheal Breese, Eric Miller’s former wonderboy — Eric Miller is the Executive Director of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) whom is paid over $120,000 per year consuming over 70% of all NAMFS Member dues — has been ducking and dodging collectors and specifically avoiding service of legal documents,
