The power of the pen is a mighty thing under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Below, you will see that Google agreed with my Complaint. Normally, I do not care whom moves my material around. I mean I am quoted with a broad brush; my material is hijacked across the Drive By Social Media all the time. From time-to-time, though, one needs to reach out and touch someone. It is a necessary evil in my trade. The reality is that when people take the time to write their material, they must at least be hyper linked — screw the law, it is simply the right thing to do.
I take a lot of heat all over the place. Criticism is king, though, so I usually do not challenge people legally. I support attacks against my Articles because that is the beauty of the First Amendment. To pretend you write my material is done at your peril.
