This segment of the 06 December 2014 Foreclosurepedia Podcast deals with the dispelling of rumors by Richard Rhue, Hope Gambill and Patrick McNamara pertaining to their circulation of lies that Foreclosurepedia charges money to read Articles on Foreclosurepedia. While we do have an Industry Insider Section, the reality is that we have gone to a Subscription Based model which is FREE and only requires that you register for an account. Foreclosurepedia is doing this to address the multitude of spam content we anticipate as we migrate into allowing the Foreclosurepedia Nation to add Comments to our Articles.
Additionally, we address the recent filing of an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 13909 Complaint against the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime. Eric Miller, NAMFS Executive Director, has refused since July, 2014, to provide a copy of the NAMFS 990 Tax Returns. This is in violation of federal law. We additionally discuss the 13909 referral over to Senator Bob Corker’s office and their response.
