Foreclosurepedia sits down and discusses the upcoming exposé on the Sealed Complaints which were brought against Joseph Badalamenti, Five Brothers and their entire umbrella of operations including ForeRunner which was recently hacked by Anonymous and US Bank. The Sealed Complaints pertained to a scheme by Five Brothers to defraud the US Government out of potentially over One Hundred Million Dollars. This is a direct quote from the Complaint,
[…] Five Brothers systematically and routinely manipulated contractor bids before submitting them for approval through US Bank and other banking servicers, fabricated bids to present the illusion of a competitive bidding environment, and consistently decreased payments to its contractors while falsely claiming that such adjustments were made directly by HUD, the GSEs or other Government entities. Five Brothers undertook those fraudulent bidding practices to extract the maximum reimbursement amount from HUD, the GSEs and other Government entities based on the submission of false claims.
The Sealed Complaint originated from claims originating from within the Mortgage Field Services Industry and was filed as a Qui Tam Action. When the entire story is laid out by Foreclosurepedia later next week, the reality is that the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime, already reeling from having its own prior Board of Directors Member and disgraced former Secretary Heather Berghorst named in federal litigation for embezzlement, larceny and fraud by Contractors along with Willful and Malicious Injury by Fifth Third Bank, resembles Organized Crime on steroids. Folks, this is the tip of the iceberg! While the US Attorney General is out cutting what appears to be sweetheart deals with US Bank, the reality is that Joe Badalamenti and his ambulance chasing son-in-law Tom Kalas will have nothing much left other than a bag of shit to show for the years and years it appears to me that these fucks defrauded both US Taxpayers and Contractors.
Our final segment, later tonight, reveals the horrific free fall which Jay Goscinski and his Michigan Realty Solutions has finally hit. With tens of thousands of dollars owed out to people and relying upon excuses from Rachel Keith stating that “Ray is in the hospital,” referring to the fact that Contractors should suck a dick, I guess.
