Where is Eric Miller?! Foreclosurepedia has been marshalling Rapid Deployment Forces (RDF) to move into the Florida areas, over the past 48 hours, as a direct result of Hurricane Matthew. While the Mortgage Field Services Industry devotes an inordinate amount of time and money upon how to backcharge people, the reality is that the entirety of their efforts are centric to reaction. Any model based upon a reactionary oriented model are doomed to failure.
Foreclosurepedia has been working with an unnamed Association of key Industry personnel for over a year now. It’s manpower model has been built upon CiviCRM.
CiviCRM is a powerful, web-based contact relationship management (CRM) system. It allows an organisation to record and manage information about the various people and organizations it interacts with.
While the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) continues to attempt to figure out how to file their tax returns for FY2015 — yes, as required by federal law the IRS Form 990 is to be released to the public and NAMFS has refused to release its FY 2015 Form 990 to date — it has not sent A SINGLE ALERT NOR INQUIRED ABOUT THE WELL BEING of any NAMFS Member within the already state and federally declared disaster areas. Eric Miller, the NAMFS Executive Director, is doing what he has done best for over TWO THOUSAND DAYS — Nothing. In fact, Miller collects over One Hundred and Twenty Thousand Dollars per year; Miller’s salary consumes over SEVENTY PERCENT of all NAMFS Member dues, and is twice the national average for his vocation at a non profit trade association.
Foreclosurepedia knows that NAMFS has refused to alert or reach out to any of the impacted NAMFS Membership because we have been speaking with them for the past 48 hours up to and including as of 1500 EDT, 07 October 2016.
Proactively, Foreclosurepedia has begun working with Portfolio Holders to strategically move personnel into impacted areas by and through a three prong approach. First, our Operation Plan (OPLAN) built upon the lessons learned from Snowpocalypse 2014 were put into play. So, the first prong is to have an OPLAN ready to implement. The second prong is to have strategically placed personnel and material prepositioned. This has been accomplished by and through both the ability to drill down upon personnel in CiviCRM and draw from staged materials stored in 20 and 48 foot shipping containers up and down the Eastern Seaboard and in the Midwest. The third prong of our RDF Disaster Continuity Plan (DCP) pertains to the utilization of the open source Enterprise Vendor Management Platform (EVMP). EVMP allows for the incorporation of OASIS-CAP-XML data. To truly appreciate this sequencing of data, take a look at the real time, global disaster data map, which our RDF DCP draws protocols from. Simply click any icon and then expand the Details Section to understand why we are light years ahead of anything the Industry will ever hope to dream about. Did I forget to mention Goldman Sachs donating nearly $100 Million to the database design search engine which we both contribute to and utilize?
If you are going to be part of an Association; if you are going to spend monies upon a product, why not have that product or membership benefit YOU?! I believe it is a fair question. In fact, are any of you capable of telling me the last time that Eric Miller or NAMFS did a comprehensive assessment upon you or your firm?
Do you have a DUNS Number? Is your Company capable of drawing Lines of Credit as opposed to using your EIN? You see, your EIN is merely an extension of your Social Security Number. More on point, if you had a DUNS Number, the US Government, free of charge, would have already ran a comprehensive background and credit check upon you; assigned a number (IDENTICAL TO THE ASPEN GROVE SOLUTIONS ABC#), and done it for free.
And finally, isn’t it about time to allow the Rank and File to actually have both a Voice and a Vote upon their destiny? I mean let’s not kid ourselves, Adam Miles, the NAMFS President, shut down ALL DISSENT at this year’s NAMFS #FraudFest 2016.
The next time Eric Miller and NAMFS roll out yet another spending spree idea, financed by the NAMFS Rank and File, why not ask this: What Is It Doing For Us?! More on point, when you need it done yesterday and you need it done right, why not reach out to those of us whom have been doing it that way for nearly a decade: Reach Out To Us TODAY! If you are interested in an Association which currently represents nearly $42 Million worth of firms thus far; is ensuring both pre and post conveyance contract and portfolio awards; and holistically ensures that its membership are managed for a maximum Return on Investment, keep watching Foreclosurepedia for our historic introduction of that Association later this year. And before the question is asked, Foreclosurepedia IS NOT associated with these folks. So impressed was Foreclosurepedia with their presentation, though, that we have turned over our ENTIRE Classified ISTAR database for their use.
