Eastern Estates: We Called It In February 2013

Eastern Estates has finally panned out as expected. When they came on the scene I actually reached out to a guy named Joe Salemi and discussed the operational side of their spin up and voiced concerns to him. He will remember me quite well. Salemi seemed to be stand up and probably because he is a military man as am I. Whether he is or not, I do not know. I additionally want to stress that Salemi is still bound under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ). Before I type any further, I want Contractors to remember what happened when I sounded the alarm with respect to disgraced former National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Secretary Heather Berghorst. With that said, Eastern Estates has finally reached their zenith and has made the Foreclosurepedia Black List and has a dedicated file on the ISTAR Repository. In plain English, this means that if you are doing work for them you should get paid and call it a day. If you, like many others, are not getting paid you should immediately lien the properties. Period. After you have liened the properties, you should collectively come together and file a class action lawsuit. Period.

From Facebook:

Anyone having problems getting paid from Eastern Estates they owe me and my contractors thousands of dollars, we went out of our way to help with there MCS orders and they have not paid, keep giving us promise dates, well those dates come and go and still nothing! Anyone?

Joe Hummel As much as it pains me to say- Send notice to They have a nasty way to bring attention to those who don’t pay.Industry needs to know about companies who don’t pay their contractors.

Now, Ms Daughterty did not reach out to Foreclosurepedia. I have a specially crafted botnet that trolls the internet data mining on a plethora of items which I either store in the ISTAR Repository or over on Property Baggage which is a hybrid Potential Contractor Lien Database. You should really check it out as it strikes sheer terror into the realtors I have cussed out when they call me whining — diplomacy was never a strong suit of mine as it is relatively ineffective on the battlefield.

Lady just emailed me asking about your help.

eastern estates stiffing 8 contractors

the fb [Facebook] for eastern is down and not returning calls

The list goes on and on. I mean Keith Mann is a sterling example of what happens when you put kids in charge of real world issues. Mann aside, let’s take a look at whom Eastern Estates is.

Nick Caporossi owns Eastern Estates as a business and this is their Virginia Business Record. Let me point something out. So our friend Nick, states on his LinkedIn profile that he has owned Eastern Estates for 6 years and 7 months. That is a problem, though, when good ‘ol Nick barely opened up Eastern Estates Property Management LLC on 30 December 2010. That is 3 years 7 months and 26 days. So, either has problems remembering jack shit; or Nick is involved in the typical National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime bullshit — in all fairness Nick is not a Member of the NAMFS Regime, but I bet they would LOVE to have him!

File your Complaints TODAY with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) located here. If you have not filed a Complaint, DO NOT CONTACT ME! At the end of the day, while the Contractors were all running around falling all over themselves, we find that the Caporossi Clan proved to be precisely what I said they are. And Nick, I want you to take a good, long hard look at Heather Berghorst because that this where you are heading when I am done.
