We just finished a conference call with Cityside pertaining to new coverage in Virginia. We included the Contact Information Below. By in large, the call went as most go: an overview, a few questions and marching orders. The pricing is as most also go: break even on many, below on a few and above on some items. My understanding is that Cityside is not a Prime Vendor on this Contract so the pricing is going to be reflective of such. With that said, I wouldn’t count this Contract out. No one is going to get rich on this Contract; however, it could become a steady revenue source.
The overall jest of the presentation dealt with the fact that Cityside is absorbing a REO/P&P Contract. Generally speaking, we are talking about changing locks (standard HUD Key Codes), installing lock boxes (3 and 4 letter/number), winterization, debris removal, initial grass cuts and minimal bid performances. Cityside is using In Field as its order platform. This is a pretty easy platform once you master the overall concept. It runs on both Internet Explorer and Google Chrome.
