The implosion of Sage Acquisitions is fast underway. As in all things related to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) recently, bait and switch is the catch phrase. Before the ink had even dried on Sage’s Contracts we had already shown Machelle Redmond and her ghost team to be the PEMCO fronts that they truly were. Matter of fact, PEMCO website is currently down so, go figure. The reality is that the special pets whom occupy the HUD Round Table; those folks whom have niches which they must protect, knew from the beginning that Sage should have never been put in charge of the massive areas they were awarded. Both the HUD M&M AM and FSM Contracts are performing miserably. BLB Companies has been receiving fines from cities in Michigan and Sage is unable to even get the paperwork for real estate brokers to sell costing both HUD and the US Taxpayer hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost revenue.

Many will remember BLB Resources as Foreclosurepedia reported upon they during a previous HUD M&M Award process. A Talking Points Memo, originating within the HUD Procurement Law Division, had been leaked showing the questionable, at best, position to take with respect to awards anticipated to BLB Resources — this was before the bidding process had even ran its course.
Folks, tune in this evening as we recap today’s events and our predictions for the HUD M&M FSM 3.10 release which will occur in the next 48 hours or less. It is shaping up to be business as usual and the only word for the fraud anticipated this go around is #Epic!
