BREAKING NEWS: We are currently working on an ENORMOUS ISN CORP Story and are simply dropping this Memo just released by Safeguard Properties pertaining to Bank of America. We will follow up on it later this weekend.
Good Morning/Afternoon,
It has just been announced this morning that BANA’s (ONLY BANA’S) policies for PERSONAL PROPERTY THRESHOLD has changed across the country. Moving forward, beginning TODAY, if you have a trash out at a BANA property and there are personals present with the corresponding VALUE (SEE BELOW), you must proceed with the bidding procedures. I know this is short notice but it was just brought to our attention as well. I know they are in the middle of writing up the formal letter to be sent out to all vendors across the country, but I figured I would reach out to you first to give you the heads up. If you are currently at a BANA property doing a trash out, don’t worry about any repercussions, we are obviously going to be considerate based on the circumstances. PLEASE forward this to all of your employees and subcontractors of the change so we don’t have to worry about any issues. If you have any questions please feel free to call MIA ext xxxxx or myself xxxxx.
