Yet another Christian Female Contractor was targeted by GM Property Services to perform Work Orders for Safeguard Properties. We are going to do an Exclusive Foreclosurepedia Podcast on this over the next 24 hours and begin to release the List of Properties to ensure FULL ACCOUNTABILITY. We are going to ensure that any potential buyers of these Properties understand that there is now a potential for Liens should GM Property Services and Safeguard Properties choose to stiff the Contractors.

I saw your post on the ripoff report and was gonna respond on there but I’m waiting. After many lies I was sent a check on Thursday as well. I took it to my credit union and they had to put a hold on it and advised us that they know of this company and the probability of it clearing was not good. I am still waiting to see what happens but at least if we have a worthless check in our hand that is more proof for us. Actually I have 2 worthless checks because the first one they sent me wasn’t signed..Imagine that. I just wanted to touch base with you. Somehow these people have got to be stopped. I don’t know what your plan is in pursuing these frauds but let me know if I can help in anyway.Thanks
Safeguard Properties has refused to return any communications with this Contractor or Foreclosurepedia, once again. This is now FOUR (04) CONTRACTORS in less than 24 hours since the Word was spread by Foreclosurepedia. Those Firms whom wish to commit Fraud are now put on Notice that they will be identified and that the Information with respect to Work Order Number, Address, and Financial Institution will be posted for the American Public to view.
We want to be VERY CLEAR that there is no longer any doubt to the veracity of the Claims; there is no coincidence. Make no mistake that Jason Mathis and Brandon Lambert have been given free rein to operate with impunity within the Property Preservation Industry. They have now begun posting Craigslist Ads in West Alabama and are on the move.
