The National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime seems to be having difficulties keeping good help around. Take Heather Berghorst, disgraced owner of Berghorst Enterprises, for example. Berghorst was a Member of the Board of Directors of the NAMFS Regime for years until she finally reached the zenith of her gravy train in attaining the position of Secretary of the NAMFS Regime. I covered the obscene pilfering of Contractors for months and predicted that the NAMFS Regime would have to take drastic action soon. It would appear that they did … or did they? You see, while Berghorst is no longer the Secretary of the NAMFS Regime (see below), it would appear that she is still a Member of the NAMFS Regime in and of itself.
NAMFS recalcitrant in vacating the Office of Secretary
Aaron Aviero seems to coddle Berghorst and the NAMFS Regime in his by line stating that, “I get no joy when I bring you “fallen from grace” stories.” That is of little comfort to the innocent men, women and children whom have suffered from atrocities committed by the hands of Heather Berghorst and other unknown party(s) whom freely, willingly and with overt intention decided not to pay Contractors in accordance with lawfully binding Contracts crossing state lines using electronic means. Look, this isn’t a kid throwing sand in another kid’s eyes on the playground. These are families destroyed because Heather Berghorst was a greedy [insert any term other than white woman here].
Let me break this down a bit more with the professionalism which my readership has come to both loathe and yet respect. Berghorst knew for at least a year that she was upside down in her ability to pay Contractors. The just and honorable thing would have been to file for bankruptcy and send notices out to all parties so that they could carve her assets up like a Thanksgiving Turkey. The home; the car; the lingerie and intimate toys all needed to have been put up on the Auction Block to pay Contractors to serve as a message to others whom flaunt the law with such disdain and contempt!
Berghorst and the NAMFS Regime will be brought to justice as will its Membership whom participated in the ongoing facilitation. The NAMFS Regime Rank and File have an opportunity to clean house and that they should do with great expediency. Perhaps they should contemplate donating the ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLAR PLUS SALARY Eric Miller receives which CONSUMES NEARLY SEVENTY PERCENT OF ALL NAMFS REGIME MEMBER DUES to the Contractors its Board Member, Heather Berghorst, has stolen?!
Heather Berghorst and her girlie friends over at Buczek Enterprises need to have the Scarlet Letter proverbially branded upon them; that letter, though, is the branding of NAMFS — the National Association of Mortgage Field Services.
