I was over on the Drive By Social Media last night and a Company Name came up: Asset Management & Construction REO Incorporated (AMC REO). Sounded like a movie theater chain as one person opined. I tend to agree. Always willing to give everyone their fair share of publicity, I wandered over. Wow! You want to talk about HACKS! You just BLEW UP A HOME! This is the problem with Amateur Hour! You MUST HAVE THE F– USE IN THE ON POSITION FOR THAT WHICH YOU ARE FEEDING! DID I FORGET TO MENTION YOU BLEW UP THE WATER HEATER ELEMENT AND MAYBE THE WATER HEATER AS WELL?!
AMC REO INC is owned by Joshua Mileham. Mileham states he is a licensed General Contractor. Public records state he lives in Spokane, Washington. His WA State Company Listing is here. Mileham’s Company Address is interesting in that the Spokane Unchained Brotherhood Motorcycle Club uses an address listed as his and a house or two down from another listed and was formed in 2011. That address has a person named Josh Mileham as well. The address is 2403 E Hoffman, Spokane, WA. The address is a Residential Address according to Zillow and last sold in 1994 which now lays out the quandary. You see, Josh Mileham, the General Contractor is listed at 2430 E Hoffman, Spokane, WA.
So, we have a Joshua Mileham at 2403 E Hoffman, Spokane, WA, using a WA UBI Number of 603 334 416 whom the Office of the Secretary of State of Washington documents. We then have a Joshua Mileham at 2430 E Hoffman, Spokane, WA, using the identical WA UBI Number of 603 334 416 whom the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries documents. I don’t know; the Foreclosurepedia ISTAR does. With that said, you be the judge.
The impetus of this came from a bunch of the Social Media Zealots hammering me for telling a kid to buy a large generator instead of an inverter. The Drive By Socialites harped about the fact that none of them charge houses for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) while posting copies of their HPIR Part 1 showing the 220v charging. They went even further to state that HUD “…always has the power on because it is the law.” Yeah, right. Take a look at the HUD 3.6 Contract I sent over to one of the fearless leaders and pay close attention to 5.2.2.1.3 and then follow up with 5.2.4 et seq.
These are the same clowns whom figure they know Federal Laws, Rules and Regulations. Um, yeah. First, Federal Law supersedes (supercede is incorrect and has been since the 17th Century) State Law — that includes Code. Second, these Clowns missed the opportunity to ACTUALLY HELP SOMEONE! Their ego enlarged while their brains were supine. Should’ve taken the time to research the Company and help someone — ach, my bad. Not part of the Clique.
It is apparent that AMC REO is looking for employees. I mean with the recent ruling in Hurst v. Buczek Enterprises; in consideration of the multitude of Class Action Litigation being filed against Firms at the beginning of Q2, this kid must be out of his mind!
Tragedy, really. Mileham forgot to mention that he formed an Asset Company named Luxe Design Asset Management / Construction which was Suspended by the State of Washington for, “L&I suspended because contractor did not meet licensing requirements.” It went from Luxe Design to Lux Design with both of the former Companies out of business as well.
The AMC REO Website was put together in August, 2013. GoDaddy lists Mileham at the 2430 address for registration. We also know that AMC REO utilized the Google+ Hangout System on 20 January, 2014. I am putting this here to telegraph that there is nowhere Order Mills may hide. We invite Mileham to reach out and discuss his position with respect to Training, the address conundrum and the Industry as a whole.
