I have little patience for people whom are blinded by self grandeur. When they are footing their own bill, though, it’s on them. When you have people like Adam Buczek, Managing Partner at Buczek Enterprises a Member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime, kicking the can down the road on the backs of Contractors, why not be a man and file bankruptcy?Why not admit you are a miserable failure as a businessman; you have destroyed the lives of innocent men, women and children and take your medicine so that people may be paid?
More on point Adam, why not be a man and tell your Contractors that most of your revenue streams have shut down and you are hemorrhaging money?! Why not be a man and pony up your own money you keep hidden and pay these men and women whom made you obscenely wealthy instead of hiding behind bullshit stories and skirts? People just heard all of the false promises; the lies Adam Buczek, laid out to a Contractor. If anyone thinks this man is going to pay everyone he owes they are sadly mistaken. It is simple mathematics. Here, let me show you,
Adam and his sister Amanda took a heavy hit from a fellow NAMFS Regime Member whom they are afraid of speaking against. Now, whether that fear is driven by being a co conspirator or because he simply isn’t a man or something else, I do not know. Here’s the deal: When a Contractor sends a bid or otherwise, it is padded by the National, Regional and Otherwise Unspecified Order Mills. So, the $50 lawn cuts (as a hypothetical) became $100 lawn cuts. When Budgets and loans are made based upon anticipated revenues, they are written in stone. The problem is that when you have a bank run on you; when your revenue streams shut down, you become financially insolvent eventually.
If Adam Buczek has a lawyer whom advised him to stop paying because he is a little boy and can’t take the heat while he fucks Contractors then perhaps he ought to rethink his arrangements with s/he. Regardless, those Contractors whom haven’t been paid by now; those whom payments have not been ongoing, may never be paid. I said it before and I’ll say it again, head over to ZLien and get your liens filed. If I was a betting man, I would say that Adam Buczek is gearing up for bankruptcy.
