Jay Goscinski, owner of Michigan Realty Solutions (MRS), has had a love – hate relationship with Labor over the past year. Goscinski, a National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Member, is the recipient of a tremendous amount of Altisource money. Many will remember Altisource and their completely fucked up way of how they hire Order Mills. In the case of the disgraced and former NAMFS Regime Secretary, Heather Berghorst, Altisource‘s lawyers had full knowledge of the fact that the terms embezzlement, fraud and larceny which are currently terms in litigation pending against Berghorst in federal court, were alive and well. As opposed to shutting Berghorst down; as opposed to reaching out to a single fucking Contractor and making it right, they allowed Berghorst to spin up yet another Order Mill, and begin to defraud more Contractors. In fact, even Fifth Third Bankcorp knew it was a shell game as they have filed Willful and Malicious Injury litigation in federal court against Berghorst over the very shell game that Altisource turned a blind eye too.
Recently, many Contractors have become tired of the reasons which seem to continue to roll out from Goscinski’s firm pertaining to why they are not being paid. Now, in full disclosure, Foreclosurepedia reached out and spoke to Goscinski pertaining to many of the cases which Foreclosurepedia has been carbon copied on and the answers were all the same in that Goscinski knew and had paid; the Contractor’s were in error; or it was being looked at.
My concerns with these answers is that there is no transparency. First, we have Altisource. Now both Altisource and their lawyer I interacted with were ANYTHING EXCEPT honest or forthcoming. You have the proverbial killing fields piling up under their watch. Look, you have Annette Rogers whom owes one Contractor alone nearly ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS and single handedly created a toxic waste Superfund Site up in Indiana. You have, what appears to me to be, the protection of the Buczek’s up in New York whom defrauded over ONE MILLION DOLLARS from Contractors and Altisource and their lawyers did jack fucking shit. I mean what you really have is a criminal enterprises, crossing state lines, in the furtherance of an artifice or scheme in my opinion. If Luxembourg thought they had a sore asshole from my last series, I was just probing!
Contractors are mobilizing to march on Goscinski come December. As a participant in the World Trade Organization (WTO) Protests, back in 
1999, up in Seattle, I believe that we are beginning to see Michigan as the proverbial lightning rod. We had GTJ, the Fannie Mae Order Mill we reported upon whom hadn’t paid people for months and then spewed their Contractor’s and Client’s information all over the World Wide Web. We have Five Brothers, which word has it is under sealed federal investigation and recently their BigFish, US Bank, went courting others — might explain the downswing in orders I have been hearing about. Now, we have the MRS situation which, truth be told, is looking a hell of a lot like the flashpoint which went down in Seattle in 1999. Make no mistake whatsoever that mob mentality is a bad thing when not organized. WTO was inevitable and I fear so is the eventual one in the Industry. When these Portfolio Holders sit, afar away, and allow while pretending not to know what is happening; when they break the law as best I understand it by not auditing and taking action, sooner or later people are going to take matters into their own hands. I have predicted this for over a year now and just like how the Buczek situation got ugly, so I believe will the Michigan one.
Foreclosurepedia has been quietly reaching out to fund raisers including on the multiple Crowdfunding Sites. This is identical to the Turkish Democracy In Action’s recent successful outing. We are hopeful that by late Q1FY2015 we will be able to take out a Full Page Advert on the New York Times which will list the photos of Eric Miller, Adam Miles and Adriana Farelo-Fernandez and then list each and every NAMFS Regime Offender Member whom owes money and what they owe to Contractors. It will additionally publish excerpts from the emails Foreclosurepedia has had with Altisource Lawyers to document the travesty which has become the Protection Racket of Human Atrocity in the Mortgage Field Services Industry.
We have every intention of saturating the Drive By Lamestream Media going forward. Our goal is not only to bring attention to Miller and his thugs in the NAMFS Regime, it is to recruit both Anarchists within the Black Bloc and Anonymous to assist us in a protracted and asymmetrical campaign to bring justice for Labor.
I do not support violence; however, I AM NOT MY BROTHER’S KEEPER. It would seem to me that NAMFS should become involved as they took an Oath to do such when this shit stirred up. I’m contacting some local news stations and local news papers who will be there to film and publish the event as well as sending the clients emails about it . No different then breaking into your house and taking the food right out of your kids or wife’s mouth . I for one am tired of it . While Altisource and their Luxembourg Lawyer Hacks could give two shits, Ocwen may. The reality is that Foreclosurepedia is offering its consulting assistance to ANY CONTRACTOR WHOM HAS PROBLEMS GETTING PAID; Foreclosurepedia will assist in the filing of Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Complaints and will turn over all correspondence between Altisource and Foreclosurepedia to CFPB Investigators, with respect to this matter if CFPB Complaints are filed. We have already advised relevant parties at Altisource and feel it is time to get to the bottom of this mess before we end up with a Ferguson in Michigan!
