SEAS LLC, the orphan stepchild of many Portfolio Holders, is back on the wagon again attempting to lay the blame of the inability to pay upon the shoulders of their Clients. The problem with this tiresome banter is that SEAS LLC has Contracts with Contractors and unless there is a Doctrine of Privity in play, SEAS LLC is on the hook. More on point, though, SEAS LLC’s Clients are on the hook along with the potential for liens which are already being drafted as I type this.

Subject: Payment Delay NotificationGood Morning,
SEAS LLC has not received client payments on SE9521 work orders for two weeks. As a result, we are unable to pay out on these orders. For those contractors who do work for other clients, payment has been issued for all work completed between 8/25/-9/8/14. We have been in contact with SE9521 regarding the payment issue and they are working diligently to rectify this situation. Should we receive a substantial amount of payments within the next few days we will issue payment. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused as this is out of our control.

I love that: “Should we receive a substantial payment we will issue payment[.]” I mean what the fuck?! Oh, that’s right. Fuck a Contract and only apply it if you can fuck a Contractor, right?! The reality is that SEAS LLC has a long and distinguished history in fucking people. No other way to put it. They have been extending the timelines of when they pay and then forcing negotiations as is well documented by several of my Clients. The scary reality is that it appears SEAS LLC is so close to financial insolvency that they are even unable to litigate against their own former Spin Master Kim Fatica whom jumped ship and hooked up with the illegally appointed National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Board Appointee Joe Hummel. Hummel, as many know, is the quasi co founder of Keystone Property Services. As we have well documented, Hummel along with pal Derek Gordon run a large front Order Mill for Safeguard Properties down in North Carolina; however, they refuse to even obtain a business license to operate legally — nothing new there.
We reached out to several of SEAS LLC’s Clients and voiced our concerns to them including the Client aforementioned. As this is like the gazillioneth time SEAS LLC has floated the note, one has to become concerned about whether or not Contractors will begin to launch Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) Complaints. More on point, though, is that there is no way to confirm whether or not SEAS LLC is lying — it wouldn’t be the first time. We are currently pulling out all stops to concentrate on an answer.
One thing Foreclosurepedia knows for sure is that if you are a Contractor working for SEAS LLC, you are in for a world of shit. Foreclosurepedia has officially entered SEAS LLC on the Foreclosurepedia Black List. #OpSEAS begins tomorrow morning and will additionally bring scrutiny upon those Firms whom are bankrolling what I like to call the Fraud Express. Going all the way back to the days of Brandon Pribble, we are going to release our unredacted notes within the SEAS LLC Dossier. The trips to Vegas; the home remodeling; hell, it will be a trip down memory lane for many. The interoffice romance is one of the most interesting ones as honeypot (Google the Intelligence Term) is a mild term.
