The Mortgage Field Services Industry spans the entire United States as well as its territories. Its interaction with with the American public is possibly second only to the transportation sector — UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. Seven days a week, 365 days a year, Field Service Technicians and Inspectors travel multiple cities, counties and sometimes states in order to carry out their duties. In many cases, this requires interacting directly with homeowners many of whom are elderly. We know that COVID is being both contracted and spread by both the vaccinated and unvaccinated. We also know that those at highest risk of extreme and prolonged illness and greatest risk of death are the unvaccinated. Regardless of political persuasion, the reality is that COVID is killing people dead. Period. And regardless of political persuasion, the hospital admissions are off the charts — again. While many on the fringe relate all the stories of death and devastation to unknown faces and names on the media, Foreclosurepedia had the opportunity to interview a gentleman whom the Mortgage Field Services Industry has known for over a decade. He finally puts a face to the horrible specter of COVID after spending over a week in the hospital with he and his wife whom was only 6 rooms down.
