Well, Fraud seems to be down for the first part of the week and Foreclosurepedia attributes that to the 200+ — not the 400+ that Eric Miller states — National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Offender Members whom have gathered, en masse , in the Big Easy for the 2015 NAMFS #FraudFest. Fact of the matter is that while Eric Miller, NAMFS Executive Director, attempts to stem the tide of questions pertaining to precisely how the Miller Regime has usurped the very By Laws put into place allowing the leveraging of NAMFS Rank and File Membership by product providers, two lawsuits are fast tracking their way through the federal judiciary which will ultimately force NAMFS to come to terms with their mortality. In the ruling on Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Edward Chen in San Francisco said California drivers could sue as a group on the question of whether they are employees or contractors, and over their demand for payment of tips that were not passed on to them. Drivers’ attorneys must submit more evidence to sue as a group for reimbursement of other expenses.
In June, a California labor commissioner ruled that an Uber driver was an employee, not a contractor. Uber has appealed that decision.
“On one hand, Uber argues that it has properly classified every single driver as an independent contractor,” Chen wrote.
On the other, Chen wrote, Uber argues that individual drivers are so unique that the court, “unlike, apparently, Uber itself,” cannot make its own determination.
The other case, one of several against NAMFS Offender Members, the Bennett Vinson, et al., vs Asset Management Specialists, et al., will be front and center at trial in a couple of weeks. And a point of order on this, when Duckworth Peters Lebowitz Olivier LLP and Shepherd Finkelman Miller & Shah LLP are done fucking up the landscape in the courtrooms, we are going to take both firms to task. In any other segment of society this would be covered under the False Claims Act; however, when you are Too Big To Fail, you merely doctor the books and bring in the US Attorney General for New Jersey with the good ‘ol Eric Holder wink and a nod. Foreclosurepedia stands by its prediction that at some point in time we are going to witness a body count. While I in no way, shape or form support violence, the reality is that you can only fuck with people so hard. The sad reality is that it takes violence to shake society to its core. Go no further than Ferguson, Charleston or Baltimore. What the Mortgage Field Services Industry needs to ask itself is whether or not the amount of fraud that they allow to occur on their watch is worth the price of the security teams necessary to keep they and their families safe at night. Make no mistake whatsoever that the aforementioned quote is mild compared to that which I normally receive. And while many within Management may argue that I have some obligation to distribute these communications; that perhaps I give a platform for those whom have been raped and molested by NAMFS Offender Members, I state the obvious: If you #Fraudsters did not commit these atrocities against humanity, what concern would you have?!
