Many folks reached out to me and asked that I obtain the lawsuit CNN filed, on behalf of Jim Acosta, against President Trump and other parties. I am publishing it because as of 1751 EDT on 13 November 2018, the lawsuit is not published anywhere and the corpus of law it deals with does impact some of those, like Foreclosurepedia, whom are interested in First Amendment litigation.
