During an earlier Interview I was asked whether or not it would be in the Public Interest to Release the Email wherein the outrageous demands were leveled by Kevin M. Simpson, US Housing and Urban Development‘s (HUD) Associate General Counsel. After attempting for the fifth time today, I reached out to Simpson, conditioned upon his email footer, to obtain an opinion and was unable to get a reply.

It has come to our attention that a document containing confidential legal advice from HUD’s Office of General Counsel to its clients has been posted on foreclosurepedia.org.

The advice given in that document is relevant to contract procurement litigation currently ongoing before the Government Accountability Office.

This document – HUD M&M 3.5: R-ATL-02006 Document For Protesters – was never intended to be disclosed outside of HUD and is protected under attorney-client privilege.

The continued public availability of this document undermines the integrity of the ongoing litigation and may be ground for legal action against those who came into possession of this document and/or decided to post these confidential materials.

Please treat this as a formal demand to remove this document from any and all locations on the Internet, refrain from any further public distribution and return the original materials to my office here at HUD.

The reality is that HUD has been planning the Assault for some time as the below IP Logs will display. More on point, though, is that Simpson’s outlandish statements that Attorney Client Privilege is violated rings hollow when it is his VERY CLIENT – MY SOURCE whom leaked the Document! Further, Simpson knew precisely well that I would beat any civil litigation. He knew that he would, though, be able to get a Grand Jury to at least Indict on the Possession of Electronic Material — you can Indict a Ham Sandwich but apparently not a National Order Mill. No mens rea; no solicitation was ever made for the material bear in mind, but when you infer Title 18 status the stakes markedly increase. I will prevail on the civil and criminal aspects regardless and go it alone as I always have.

These Wild West Cowboys like Simpson would be best suited to fight with the very Protestors whose own lawyers are terrified to mount a proper case on behalf of their Clients. It is easy for the detractors out there; the keyboard bandits, to opine from the luxury of their armchairs when the question presents why are they not out in the trenches doing work for their Masters.

Fuck Simpson and fuck HUD! President Barack Obama did not wake up with his cup of Earl Grey while perusing his President’s Daily Briefing and say, “Gee, I think I am going to stick it to Foreclosurepedia.” The buck stops with him, though. When you have White House Cabinet Level actions taken against a miniscule blog; a mere blip on the radar, then the political fallout comes home to roost.
