The Eagle Has Landed

Foreclosurepedia has been on the road over the past week investigating our dear friends up at Assero, the subsidiary of 24 Asset Management. Lee Mertins and the boys have been hard at work — literally and proverbially. With all the work going on; with the fact that there is no meaningful way to verify whom is cumming or going, Assero is much like a Freak Show on steroids. I mean did Eduardo San Roman really think that the emasculation of heterosexuality would pay off with a US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Contract?! Here is what a little bird whispered in my ear  while I was taking photos up in Philly and macking down on a Cheesesteak.

Things are going to get damn interesting and I will leave it at that.

Now, what is the level of veracity one should take the message which was given to me? Well, if anyone should know, I believe it would be Lee’s too close for my comfort buddy Brian Nesbit.  I mean I am not sure how people really roll within Eduardo San Roman’s entourage; what I believe is that San Roman has sold out his Catholic Beliefs in favor of an Adam and Steve flavor. I could be wrong; I mean I don’t kick it in Florida. Here is what I do know: Things are never as they seem. Here, let me give you an example. Below, you will notice a recent Ebola photo on the tarmac in Texas. Notice the HazMat suits and the one guy without them,

A common polymorphism in the monoamine oxidase A gene (MAOA) along with the reduction of the volume of the amygdala and orbitofrontal cortex, vis-a-vis antisocial behavior, is generally the soup du jour of antisocial individuals. Mertins and his pet Nesbit, I would postulate, present similarly. Why is this important? When one studies Social Psychology the examination of the neuropathology and neuroethical ramifications of that which Mertins, Nesbit, et al., have been implicated in — and I have rarely found a woman whom lies about men’s sexual proclivities — one might almost find empathy. That’s the beauty of the Honey Pot. Yeah, right. Eduardo San Roman’s hitching of his sail — and perhaps more — to Mertins & Co. will ultimately be all of their undoing. To make sure we are all on the same page; to make sure that Mertins & Co. make ABSOLUTELY NO MISTAKE WHATSOEVER where I had dinner several days ago, I leave them with these fine photos,

Now, the reality is that Mertins & Co. had absolutely no problems whatsoever fucking Contractors for years. Whether this was or was not tacitly approved of is up for debate. What is not up for debate is that my opinion is that Mertins & Co. are going to be held accountable for their sins in a Court of Law. Granted, any prison sentence would be straight up Mertins’ alley, in more ways than one, the way I see it. So, maybe this has, all along, been a cry for help? I mean I am not a doctor, so I do not know. What I do know is that when you start involving people like Eduardo San Roman whom has a lot and I mean A LOT of cash to throw around which seems to originate from the same state which the Cocaine Cowboys made famous, I really believe that Craig Karnes should take a FAR CLOSER LOOK at precisely what is going on — unless Karnes approves.

I mean, after all, Karnes refused to investigate the P260 forgeries — the allegations of potentially tens of millions of dollars of fraud which I was told had the cursors still in the screen shotted photos uploaded. What do you expect, though, when you have the HUD Office of the General Counsel investigating Foreclosurepedia and refusing to prosecute criminals. It makes perfect sense: Allow HUD; allow Craig Karnes to facilitate what anyone in the Foreclosurepedia Nation clearly sees as fraud with Liberty — or should I say MCB — and BLMREO instead of truly advocating on behalf of the Taxpayer!

Fraud always tends to rear its ugly head with the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime Offender Members. Take Eric Miller’s defense of his VERY VERY close friend Heather Berghorst. Berghorst was the washed up, road atlas face NAMFS Regime Secretary whom is now being sued for fraud, larceny and embezzlement in federal court — Miller, in a lover’s type of sentiment, refused to ever out Berghorst for the disgrace that she truly is. In the same type of lover’s way, Miller presided over the illegal appointment of Joe Hummel to the NAMFS Regime Board of Directors. Hummel is the co owner of Keystone Property Services — yup, the same Joe Hummel whom sent me all of the NAMFS Regime Offender Member’s VIP Emails last month.

When Foreclosurepedia begins to roll out the real photos; when Foreclosurepedia begins to roll out the crystal clear recordings, I predict that quite a few folks in both Pennsylvania and Florida are going to reach for the Pepto. It always boggles my mind how ignorant people are. Take sound wave vibrations on windows and shotgun microphones. Now, while Foreclosurepedia would never employ these types of tactics, we certainly are familiar with people whom do. And the novelty of GPS Tracking Devices placed on the inside bumpers of cars today? Jesus, I get all Better Call Saul over it!  😉
