When the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) made awards in their Management and Marketing (M&M) Field Service Manager (FSM) 3.12 contract it was obvious that little thought went into it. 10 Areas and 6 Awards were made with a combined total for the first year of an astronomical $51,045,736 to 24 Asset Management. That is FIFTY ONE MILLION FORTY FIVE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED AND THIRTY SIX DOLLARS being paid out to a company that HAS NEVER operated on a HUD M&M FSM contract! 24 Asset Management is controlled by Eddie San Roman. San Roman along with Lee Mertins, the former Asset Management Specialists (AMS) Fraudster in Chief, now control Assero Services LLC. To that point, Foreclosurepedia has been fielding hundreds of complaints about Assero refusing to pay for services dating all the way back to December 2021. Bearing in mind that Lee Mertins and Assero were both used to achieve past performance on the Awards and that Assero will obviously become the operating arm of 24 Asset Management with respect to running the Awards, it reminds me of how corrupt the HUD M&M FSM contract has become.

I mean on this Super Eddie Does It All Facilities Section, it covers the gambit from Aerospace and Military Operations to, one would believe, you never need another company ever again! I mean how HUD was ever conned into believing this bullshit artist was capable of performing all of this shit, I have no idea. It is, though, yet another nail in the coffin of not only Secretary Marcia Fudge, whom let’s be fair wanted the Secretary of Agriculture position, but also many of the hard working men and women of HUD whom are governed by an entrenched and incompetent managerial hierarchy — Cathy J Baker.
Mark my words, if Labor is foolish enough to work with these clowns they are going to be bankrupted — both morally and financially. HUD is well aware of precisely whom Eddie and the boys are and they, once again, have had neither the spine nor moral compass to make the HUD M&M FSM 3.12 Awards.
