Spot On Services: You’re Doing WHAT In Foreclosurepedia’s Back Yard?

Always leave it to the hacks to miss the beat. Spot On Services is advertising over on Craigslist in Knoxville — just half an hour from the Foreclosurepedia GHQ Bunker. In typical National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Regime flourish, Spot On Services — Ryan Dykeman and Mary Goddard — are off to a typical Otherwise Unspecified Order Mill Start.

When you hire employees; when your intent is to hire employees to work in the Mortgage Field Services Industry, there is no way in hell you are entitled to a Workman’s Compensation Exemption.

This is the epitome of #Hack-O-Vision. I mean for these people to believe that Foreclosurepedia is not going to turn this over to the State of Tennessee is madness! More on point, though, is that we are going to track down precisely whom hired them. It will be an OBVIOUS FACT that the Regional and then National Order Mills in the food chain, never performed a due diligence check upon Spot On Services. Here, take a read from their website,

Let’s drill down a little bit, shall we? Spot On Services has a listing as 4206 McCambell Lane, Knoxville, TN. They just opened shop August, 2013, for Christ’s sake! Their first TN Workman’s Comp Policy is here and the other one here. We contacted Spot On Services for Comment, but none was forthcoming at the time of publication. We would CAUTION Contractors to perform due diligence upon Spot On Services and request Financial Transparency vis-a-vis the Buczek Enterprises Crisis.

Before You Go ...

Foreclosurepedia exists because readers, workers, and advocates understand that protecting Labor in the mortgage field services industry requires independence, persistence, and resources. We do not answer to servicers, hedge funds, or corporate trade groups; our accountability is to the Field Service Technicians, Inspectors and administrative personnel whose livelihoods are too often treated as expendable. Donations are what allow us to investigate quietly buried contract changes, expose abusive labor practices, and publish work that would otherwise never see the light of day. Every contribution helps keep our reporting free from industry pressure and focused squarely on defending labor standards, fair pay, and basic dignity in the foreclosure ecosystem. If you believe this work matters, your support is not symbolic—it is the reason Foreclosurepedia can continue to stand between Labor and a system that routinely exploits it.
